Great base for exploring North Wales

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was very spacious, comfortable and extremely well-equipped, a real home from home. It is perfectly situated for exploring all that North Wales has to offer, from the lovely beaches to walking in Snowdonia. We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home to others.

Well laid out and equipped cottage

  • 5 of 5

My relatives from South Africa stayed for a week in the cottage. It was well positioned for the village and getting out to the surrounding area. The cottage is spacious, decidedly deceiving from the photograph and well equipped. We paid for a week of sky sports TV as wanted to watch the Lions test and then the South Africa vs England Cricket Test, very easy process to arrange. It was nice to be able to play a board game in the evenings. A thoroughly enjoyable week and would definitely recommend. The 20 somethings in the party were concerned about what they would do but that was soon alleviated when a list of places to go and things to do appeared - they actually needed more time. We had a family meal the 1st night at Dylans need to book a table at the weekend. The outdoor theatre had a performance (the night we went it was raining and a bit windy so The Tempest was very apt). Poachers was also a good night, the family went back to Dylans on their last night. Abersoch was a short drive away and the beach was lovely.

Great holiday base

  • 5 of 5

This is a surprisingly large house which we found to be always warm and cosy, and was well equipped with all we needed for a relaxing holiday. Parking is easy at the rear, and Criccieth itself is a lovely small seaside town with good walking straight from the town. This is a splendid base to visit the many interesting small towns and villages in the area, and some of the views are just simply magnificent. Well worth a visit!

Gorgeous cottage

  • 5 of 5

This gorgeous cottage doesn't disappoint. The location was perfect and the parking area a great bonus. The cottage is the best equipped rental we've ever stayed at a true home from home.

Everything you could wish for in a cosy package

  • 5 of 5

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautifully-decorated & furnished cottage. The location is great, and although it's up a long hill road, the view from the upstairs bedroom in particular justifies it's position. The cottage is really well-equipped, with everything we needed to enjoy our girly weekend away.

We particularly enjoyed popping down the hill to Dylan's for some cocktails!
