Great place

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location and great facilities. Views from pool deck are fantastic. Pool size was perfect for our family of 4. Some of the poolside furniture is a bit dated but that is a very minor complaint from what is a splendid property.

Not clean and in need of repairs

Upon arrival we were excited for our stay. The house had exactly what we needed 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. This was amazing for our group so we didn’t need to share with our housemates. When we arrived we noticed the house did not have the same level of up keep outside as the neighboring houses. The yard and walk were filled with leaves. Upon entering the house we immediately noticed that the home is in need of many cosmetic touch ups. The house is is rough shape could use a fresh coat of paint so all the nicks and dings aren’t as noticeable. After getting settled in we noticed some sheets are stained and a used wash cloth were left in the bath room on top of the shower. There is an electrical plug with no cover so hopefully no little children stay here and shock themselves! The back sliding door does not glide in its tracks freely so going outside to enjoy the beautiful view is work. The base boards and fans have a nice thick layer of dust on them. While there they came and shut the water off twice to change the outside water spigot. No one notified us of this either time. I contacted about these issues and no one seemed to care. Just told me they would pass along the info to the local manager. I also left an item at the house and emailed about it and no one has responded to that email if they are going to send it to me. We enjoyed the home and the space but as adults who have clean homes we would stay here again only if they clean it first. The space and location worked very well for us.

Family Time Is the Best Time

We were delighted to have our family stay together but unfortunately, there were a few issues we encountered that seemed odd. The bare minimum bath towels were provided in each bathroom (maybe 2). We did not have any hand towels, wash towels or any towels in the kitchen. A member of our party called the management company and a few more towels were delivered. That was appreciated. I did not see that you were provided with only one toilet paper roll for each bathroom. We were there for five/six days and had to go buy more. For the price you pay to rent the home, having to go buy toilet paper was disappointing. We felt like there was a lack of pillows in each bedroom. One pillow didn’t even have a cover which was disappointing. Some of the larger issues included a nasty stain on one of the bedroom comforters (we called the company and they came by the next day, agreed the stain was an issue and provided a new quilt which was really strange). We ended up buying our own blanket from the store, again disappointing. We enjoyed the house pool and hot tub but upon arrival there was a hose in the pool and we didn’t want to touch anything so it stayed there our entire trip. From a cosmetic perspective, these were things I was not expecting based on photos: (1) flooring into Star Wars room was oddly scuffed; (2) Cabinet doors that didn’t close properly or had scraped off paint; (3) Stickers all over the back sliding door - which was not an easy door to manage; (4) Random lawn chair sitting in the lawn outside one of the doors - we didn’t know if it belonged to the house or not so we didn’t touch it; (5) Ripped couch cushions and the couch was not very comfortable; (6) additional chairs in living area just look worn down; (7) Sign on refrigerator looks like it was half peeled off; (8) We didn’t know where to place garbage - figured it out after calling; (9) no onsite booklet for us to read about the property; and (10) garage games were just ok, the air hockey table didn’t produce air. The pool/clubhouse area was great and the security at the front entrance made us feel safe. The view from backyard was nice. I think overall, we were ready to leave as the week went on because we just noticed things about the house that unfortunately make a difference when you consider whether you’d return. We are cognizant house guests and did a lot of research before coming. We felt a little cheated by the photos vs. how it actually was.

Not what the pictures showed

The only good thing about this stay was the location. We have a family of 9. We arrived to find trash and dirty diapers on the front porch, lights burned out all over the home, broken cabinets, doors that won’t close, ripped couches, the back slider that is the hardest door I’ve ever tried to open, clogged sinks and tub drains, stained walls, no bath mats in any room, spider webs and insects in the home and overall dirty conditions. This is the first bad experience we’ve had with vacation rentals ever. Absolutely not as described in the pictures. Way to expensive to be this quality. Go to the resorts at reunion down the street for way nicer homes in the same price range. Overall completely unsatisfied with our stay.

Clean and convenient but slightly dated.

The couch in the living room was my main issue. On the listing it look new modern and clean but in person it is dingy and ripped. Also some cabinets in the kitchen are peeling. The rooms however were very clean. There were also not quite enough towels for my family but they do have a washing machine so we just did the laundry at night.
