Newly refurbished to an impeccable standard this unique beach front apartment truly is breathtaking. This superb apartment comprises of the ultimate in open plan living. With a stylish openplan kitchen, lounge and dining area with the best views of the south coast. Our property comprises of four luxury double bedrooms all with stunning en-suite facilities and a luxurious family bathroom all with walk in double showers, with one of our bedrooms and en-suite facilities allowing enough space for disabled guests.

All bedrooms include 32' flat screen T.V. with freeview

The lounge has a two three seater and one two seater leather sofa with the dining area able to seat ten guests. The lounge/dining area has a 55' flat screen 3D T.V with the full Sky HD package.

The outside space consists of sofas and chairs to truly make the most of the tranquil setting.

Stunning classy property in an exceptional beachfront location!

Just returned from 2 day stay at Bella Vista with 6 girlfriends. We wanted a special place to celebrate 2 special birthdays and Bella Vista exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of the apartment was first class. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful with quality linens. Stewart arranged for twin beds in one room which was great. The large open plan lounge, glamorous dining space & very well equipped kitchen was perfect ~ enabling everyone to be together but with loads of space. The double set of bi fold doors meant blurred the lines between the outside and indoors. We loved the little bar table and stools where we could sit in the evening with a glass of fizz and look out at the uninterrupted view of the long pebble beach and tranquil sea. We were really lucky with the weather - beautiful sunshine all weekend so we particularly enjoyed sitting in the sun on our beach patio directly outside the lounge ~ we even had breakfast out there.

It was so perfect we abandoned our plans to explore Worthing and just enjoyed the apartment and location with walks on the beach and even a quick dip in the very cold sea!

We will definitely return ......

Perfect for a family celebration

I was looking for a venue to celebrate a family birthday in January and given the time of year decided a coastal location offered the guarantee of fresh sea air and even if raining an opportunity for bracing walks without the hazard of mud.

Bella Vista proved ideal for this small gathering of six adults and three young children. Stunningly located with panoramic views along the Sussex coast and beautifully appointed its owner's have created a perfect venue for friends or family to spend time together. The decor, furnishing and range of equipment provided in the modern kitchen would be hard to beat. The welcome starter pack left for us of basic but organic food items and wine plus the delicious and previously mentioned tiramisu were greatly appreciated. It must be said that never before have I seen a rental property's kitchen cupboards so full of such a comprehensive range of teas, infusions, coffees, drinking chocolate, herbs and spices and much more. A range of board games and distractions for children was also there to be enjoyed.

Planning the weekend was made easy by the helpfulness of Stewart who manages the rental process and Paul the owner who kindly allowed me to visit and plan room allocations in advance.

The short stay was much enjoyed by all and while the weather was bright, sunny and mild, the experience would no doubt be even better during the summer. Highly recommended.

Only a short walk away is Angmering-on-sea yacht club, tennis courts and local cricket club.

Within the surrounding area there are golf courses which include Chichester, Rustington and Goodwood with our luxury apartment being a prime location for the all year round festivities that Goodwood has to offer.

We are 16 miles from the cosmopolitan city of Brighton, 5 miles from the historic picture postcard town of Arundel and one and a half hours away from London making this the ideal location for the perfect break.

Enjoy the countryside with a walk over the downs or grab a bucket and spade and enjoy the beach right on your door step this property gives you the perfect position for an amazing holiday.
