A 1 bedroom flat sleeping 4 people a 15 minute walk from Princes Street

The property has just undergone a complete refurbishment and as such it has a fantastic fully equipped kitchen and open plan living room with patio doors opening out directly above the flowing water below. The wall-mounted flat screen TV provides you with multiple digital channels and there is a DVD player. There is a stylish, fully tiled shower room with twin head shower. There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds is available if required.

The location is wonderful as you feel as though you are out in the country however you are only a 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Princes Street. In the immediate vicinity there is an excellent selection of wonderful bars, restaurants and shops.

Great location amongst many shops, restaurants and close to transit.

Our stay was enjoyable and we would be happy to stay here the next time we come to this lovely city.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other travellers.

great location in Stockbridge. Quiet, pretty river view, comfortable

The pictures on the website accurately describe the apartments. Great restaurants are nearby, and small grocery stores are close if you want to prepare meals in the apartment. I enjoyed the walk through New Town to get to the Royal Mile. We enjoyed the Leith River walk just outside the apartment as well. We would book this apartment again

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of town

This apartment was ideal for our holiday and we couldn't have asked for more. Francois was great with the communication, and the place was very well presented and clean. Stockbridge is the perfect area to stay in as we were surrounded by lots of cool cafes, bars and restaurants - and while the area has a quiet and residential feel to it, we were just a 10 minute walk to the vibrant New Town. Very enjoyable trip indeed, thanks again.

Great Stockbridge Flat

Two of us stayed at the flat in December. Welcomed by Francois on arrival and shown flat and secure parking (5 minute walk). Great location, very close to the centre of Stockbridge, bars, restaurants, shops and Sunday market. The flat looks directly down onto the Water of Leith complete with bubbling river with your own Heron and Ducks. 15minute walk (uphill, you'll never be fitter) to Princes Street and all the central Edinburgh attractions, trams to the airport and mainline rail stations. Flat very warm, comfortable and well equipped. It's a good one.

Beautiful apartment in great location

We loved this apartment. It was light, clean, and nicely decorated, with beautiful views of the Water of Leith. Edinburgh New Town is just a short walk away and the property is so close to all that Stockbridge has to offer. Good communication with the owner too. Thank you.
