Exterior includes large propane BBQ, 8 piece furniture patio sofa with Brand New Gazebo, dinner seating outside for 14, dinner seating inside for 12 plus 4 seats at sunroom. 2 super comfortable wicker chaise lounges and 2 Metal loungers, 9 muskoka chairs+ 8 beach chairs, Big private dock with Muskoka chairs. We provide all towels, sheets and other essential supplies including a small pet bed, pet bowls.

For rainy days, the lower level features 3rd family room with a leather reclining sectional sofa. The games area is equipped with a foosball table, Ping Pong, and two televisions with Netflix (75-inch and 60-inch) for added entertainment.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is anytime after 4PM. Check out by 11AM. Entry is gained via smart lock. A custom entry code will be sent to you on the day of arrival. This entry code will be valid for the duration of your stay.
The sole locked garage is designated for storage purposes. House Rules~~~ Cottage Rules and Liability Waiver:
There is No Extra Fees added to your booking but please keep the following in mind:
House Rule~~~
*Please carefully read our house rules before booking. By making a reservation, you implicitly agree to comply with all rules listed under in our "Rental Agreement". This includes, but is not limited to:
*Must be over 25 to book.
* Make sure you and all the guest in the booking have read and understood the House rules and rental agreement. It is mandatory, you and your guests provide your agreement.
* Thank you for being honest as to the number of guests who will be occupying the home. No guests or Visitors at the property without the prior consent of the Owner. No extra guests or extra pets. This could result in an Immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
* Zero TOLERANCE for damaging the cottage. Sorry for the negative tone. but some people don’t understand what it means to respect another person’s property.
* Quiet hours: 11: 00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. parties are not allowed. No guests outside those included on the booking.
*This is a no shoes inside the home. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
* No food or drinks in bedrooms
* Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property lawn. You should instead dispose of them in the ashtray provided. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
* Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
*Cleaning Policy: Cleaning is provided, but excessive dirtiness may incur a minimum $400 fee. A $50 charge applies for leaving garbage behind.
*Please never leave any food garbage outside of the house overnight to attract animals. To protect the environment, we only accept 1 garbage bag a day.
* Pets are welcome at our home! We know you love your pet, but we ask that you please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds.
* Damage Deposit: Your reservation for this Property has a security deposit fee. The fee is $3,000 plus tax if applicable. This fee covers any damages caused to the Property or its contents during your stay (such as the hot tub, furniture, fixtures, and appliances).
*Please use an indoor fireplace with pay attention.
* Parking is limited to max 6 vehicles. No parking on the grass, keep all vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
* Life jackets are obligatory and located outside the storage room. Ensure a proper fit for sufficient protection. After using kayaks, pull them well up on the shore and leave them clean for the next user. The house is privately owned, and the owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of belongings. Acceptance of this reservation implies agreement on premises use, recognizing factors beyond our control, such as utility or equipment failures.
