Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Split so much! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the garden in the evenings. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The first floor bathroom toilet was a little scary because it wasn't attached to the floor properly, but there were plenty of other toilets to use instead.

clean and beautiful place but check every detail before departing

The house is very nice, very clean and has a lot of amenities. it has a cute backyard. there are patio's off of two of the rooms. there was quite a bit of kitchen supplies. there was also a blow dryer for each floor, drying racks for clothes, and an iron. overall the house was very well stocked. the walk down to the promenade was not bad at all. the area around us was quiet. i would caution anyone staying there to do a very thorough walk through upon arriving. we did not do this- i don't believe it was asked of us, but we should've known better because we were hit for a charge on something that the owner said we caused. it looks in the picture like it just needs caulking around the bidet, but we were informed after leaving that we had caused this damage and charged for it. when we left we were told to leave our keys on the kitchen table and head out because the cleaning crew was on their way there. we did not have any type of checkout with a property manager, although they told us that there was. i would highly recommend that you do this so you don't get charged for something that you did not do. the house is beautiful but i don't think i would stay there again because the property managers would not believe us or change their minds about the damage to the bidet.
