Centrally located apartment with 2 bedrooms and lovely terrace

This apartment is the perfect base for a family visiting Barcelona, or anyone else who wish to explore the city by day and relax by night. The apartment has a great terrace, however, noise from the terrace is easily heard by neighbors, which means the apartment is rent to groups that doesn’t need stay up all night.

The apartment is located centrally in the lower part of Eixample (down below there is a more thorough description of the location and district). The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with television and a dining table with a view to the terrace. Furthermore, is it possible to eat out on the terrace, which has no more than two dining areas.

The apartment has two bedrooms where it’s possible to sleep in both double beds and single beds. To get a further sleeping place is it possible to turn the alcove into an additional bedroom. Turning the alcove into a bedroom simply requires folding out a couch, and then you have an extra sleeping place for 1-2 people.

The apartment also features WIFI and air-condition, to put it simply: the apartment is an ideal base for your visit to Barcelona.

Stay tax £0.61 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 16 years.

RESERVATION FEE
20 % must be paid within 8 days to secure the booking.
By cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded.

(80%) in cash on arrival to the house owner or transfer one month before (as you prefer).

SECURITY DEPOST
200-300 € depending on the size of the apartment.
The security deposit (for keys and damages) must be paid by arrival and will be returned by arrival
if the apartment is left with out any damages.

When you reserve:
A deposit of 20% must be paid within 5 days. Payment information emerges from the booking confirmation, which you will receive.

By arrival:
The remaining amount and a security deposit (for keys and damages) must be paid by arrival. The security deposit will be returned by arrival.
