He is also rated as one of the most influential leaders in India on issues of environment, a regular contributor to print and tv media.

It was a February afternoon of 2017 when a property agent called us to tell us that there was a villa available in Mandrem and perhaps we should go check it out incase we were interested. After a 40 minute scooty ride we reach this beautiful mango orchard and meet the villa and it's owner Kenny. We fell in love with the Villa at the first sight, and Kenny was friendly enough to show us around. Although the Villa was gorgeous enough and Kenny and his family had maintained it well, we knew it would be an eventful couple of months to make it what we wanted out of it - a destination.

We wanted to work with what was available in abundance - sunlight, breeze, greenery, birds and butterflies. The open space was the strength of the villa and we wanted to make the most of it, with doing as minimum to it as possible. The first thing that we started working on was on creating a Butterfly Garden. The magic of Priya Das was the next intervention, her mastery in interiors, that special eye for detail, brought colour, vibrance and life to the Villa.We have created a space where people from various walks of life come to live and share
