A Perfect little place to call home.

After a 2 year Covid break this comfy and Cosy flat is ready to welcome guests back. Little things make the difference. Bikes Included. Cute fully self contained flat sized, for 1 or 2. Ground LVL underhouse 2 private entries.
Tenants upstairs are beautiful people very respectful of valued guests However as with any unit you may hear their footsteps above. Less than 1km easy (walk, ride, drive) on path to beach access, 1.5km to the center of Coolum. Bus stop 50m or courtesy bus's to Clubs

Thank you for reading on. We would love to welcome and host you. “Comfy and cosy" as we call it, is a small in fact TINY 30m2 downstairs (under house) fully self-contained granny flat, Filled with all the little things and extras you need. Full time tenants live above in main house are beautiful people who are very respectful of our guests. However with a unit of this style you will hear their footsteps when at home and moving around so if you are noise sensitive we suggest you do not book as your comfort is our priority

The flat is super cosy and gives you a hug as you walk in. Guest often comment on how comfy and welcome they feel from the second they walk in the door. Super cute with its own fully equipped kitchen and private entry.

Not only is the comfort of our guests our priority so is your health. Our home is professionally cleaned by a registered cleaning company that is following strict government health department guidelines with regards to products and surfaces cleaned between guests stays. Including all surfaces light switches door handles/knobs and remote controls. Our Australian Govt Health infection Control Training COVID-19 certificates are in in the welcome book and photographs in listing for your viewing.

Air Conditioned

The little flat has two private entries and off street parking at the front of it (uncovered) What it lacks in size we make up for with all the extra little things it provides.

The comfort of our guests is our priority and this is reflected in our hosting and all the little extras this flat offers.

This can be seen by reading our reviews. We are very proud of and we love to hosts guests of all ages from all over the world. Information drawer full of ideas and places to go and places to eat along with maps and tourist guides. We have a very comprehensive welcome book also to make your stay easy.

1 bed, Queen-size, 1 bath. It is air conditioned with ceiling fans and two screen doors to let the sea breeze through if you are not into Air conditioning.


The flat is the right size to accommodate one or two people only. No extra guests permitted. It does not cater for babies or children under 5.

Very strict "No smoking". Body Corp policy is no smoking inside or outside the flat. No smoking permitted on the property grounds

34 Inch smart TV with chromecast (We do not provide streaming services just the smart TV and feel free to log into your account using our free WiFi)


TWO BICYCLES available (codes for bike locks will be given when waiver agreement is signed) and plenty of paths that lead you straight to the beach and around town. It’s 1.5km to Coolum Beach Central, offers amazing sunsets, boardwalks along the coast line, local shops, trendy cafes, restaurants and takeaways all within a short distance. Courtesy buses will call to your doorstep for bowls club or Coolum Beach hotel. Phone numbers for Courtesy busses in information draw.

Coolum Beach is located just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Noosa.

FULL KITCHEN with pots, pans, tea towels etc. and an Aldi coffee pod machine system that makes great coffee.

Milk coffee and Tea and some basic items are in pantry.

THE PANTRY has basic everyday items and plastic wrap, foil and zip lock bags etc., if you are staying for a few days please check pantry before your shop you are welcome to use what we and previous guests have provided and is there. We ask guests if you do use the last of these sorts of items, you do replace that item as a courtesy to guest coming in after you. We this style of accomodation as a community and if you are staying a while and only need to replace one item it sure is a saving on what you may have used during your stay.

Only 150m to the foreshore, so you can hear the ocean from either of the two small courtyards, with less than a 1km flat (walk, ride or drive) to beach access. (There are two access points both about the same distance off David low way, we prefer the one at Stummers Creek entry at access 71), as it is close to town after beach walk. You turn right for that one, the other, if you turn left is a boardwalk and National park and lovely if you want a more secluded part of the beach.

Now with Air conditioning (Please switch off Air con when leaving flat for long periods of time) Ceiling fans aid the sea breeze in summer. Fully insulated under house, so the flat maintains a nice constant temperature all year round; cool in summer and warm in winter. Two entry doors opposite sides of the flat let the sea breeze through and flat is fully screened


For guests staying 3 weeks or more we do a complimentary clean of bathroom toilets and floors. Bed Linen is supplied and can be washed by guests or you can pay for change over by cleaner for those staying more than one week are available, extra cleans and linen changes are available are a small fee of $45 per hour. If not we provide enough linen for guests to wash themselves in the units machine
Tracey lives locally and is happy to do this, as she also does the exit cleans.
We supply start up essentials/consumables like tea coffee and toilet paper etc however the unit is self catering after they are gone for long term guests.

For the avid water skier like my husband, OZ Ski Resort is a 7 min drive away for world class slalom/jump or trick ski coaching or there if you just want to learn to ski or wakeboard.

Sorry no pets in this flat, but we do have a two bed unit on Airbnb that is pet friendly, so check out "Puppies and Pancakes" if you want to bring your fur family member. The 2 bed unit is also at Coolum Beach.

This property descriptors don't do it justice in terms of convenience. I didn't want to have to hire a car during my week away. This property is a minute walk from the bus stops that can bring you to and from the airport in an easy roughly 25-minutes. I stopped off in Coolum enroute for supplies before continuing my journey to the unit. You can buy a travel card at the Cafe at the airport and top it up at the newsagent in Coolum. The bus routes take you up and down the coast with two options (the 620 or 622 routes) to get you to the must do Mt Coolum hike. Saturday I was able to bus it to the famous Eumundi markets up in the hinterland. Noosa and Maroochydore were other trips. When my legs couldn't carry me home after a day walking along the magnificent coast line, I just hopped on the bus along the route and straight back home. It was an easy walk to Coolum Town each day. Most days I'd walk to the beach access point about 1km from the unit that then gave me a spectacular stretch of beach to walk along towards Coolum town, rewarded with lifeguard zones to swim within or refreshments at the multitude of dining options. The alternative walk was the shared walking and bike trail. Hot days I would have a dip in the local pool that was along the way. The unit has all you need. Is comfortable and I wanted for nothing. One glitch with the TV but the owners were super receptive and I can't fault my time there. Will definitely plan a return trip. Thank you for a wonderful and much needed relaxing stay.

Fanatic find at Coolum Beach
We had a great three nights stay in this little flat with everything we need. Loved the well equipped kitchen and the two separate out door spaces which we didn’t expect to have with such a small place. It was so well designed though and perfect for exploring the area. Noosa River and the many nearby beaches. Would definitely love to come back next year.

Cosy, private, and a very thoughtful little apartment!
My partner and I loved this one bedroom apartment! It was perfect for a couple, and everything was well thought of. We were pleasantly surprised by all the little extras in the flat that most other places do not have. Very well equipped and we honestly could not flaw our stay here. We also loved the location with the addition of the free bicycles on offer. It's only a 10 minute cycle from Coolum beach, and about a 15-20 minute cycle to Peregian Beach. In saying that, we both ended up cycling for 1.5 hours along the entire Sunshine Coast and stopped at every beach along the way - what an amazing way to experience a new city! Thank you for the wonderful stay, Sue. We will be back if we ever visit the Sunshine Coast again.

We have been married for 16years. Mark is a carpenter and builder by trade and I now work full time in our construction and property investment business. Prior to that I was a sales rep for a health food company for 10years and for the past 8 years I have had a memorial and keepsake jewellery business. We were unable to have children so our dogs are our family and we have Chillie a Border Collie and a Jack Russell Poodle cross called Jack.
We love the beach and all things water related and Mark is a competitive tournament water skier that takes us on many adventures in our little caravan and this year he made the Queensland water-ski team
We love to travel especially when we can take the dogs and enjoy snow skiing in the winter
We currently live in Jimboomba south of Brisbane on 5 acres where Mark has also built a house for my aging mother. It’s a lovely peaceful bush area we retreat to at night after work. (Well with two dogs, two cats and 5 free range chickens, and mum over in her little house)

Located far enough away from the center of town to be in a nice quite neighborhood yet close enough to work or ride the bikes provided. Coolum is still very much a quite community for the Sunshine coast and loved by so many
