This is a Big Epavlis an amazing place to relax and enjoy your holidays. There is a huge outside area with garden, palm trees waterfall, barbeque area, swimming pool area even birds area and a fountain with fishes. The house itself stone and wood made offers and a friendly environment cool in the summer warm in the winter.
The outside area is like the garden of Eden. It is surrounded by big trees and palm trees which offers privacy and isolation from the outside area even the location is in the village.
There is a big swimming pool and also a children’s pool. Many celebrations have take place in this villa. Weddings, anniversaries parties etc.
Many couples have request to take their wedding photos there because it offers and ideal environment for photography.
We can host your party there if you wish during your stay. If you want also we can organize your wedding or your anniversary.
The area outside can fit more that 100 people to sit for a dinner and to have a party.
You can spend long hours enjoying the sun by the pool. You can enjoy the big area with grass.
The house consists of two buildings. The main house has three bedrooms, a big living room which we are going to put more modern furniture with sofa bed and more comfortable.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double or two single bead and workplace area.
There is a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and wc. The living room is big with a fireplace and a winnow looking at the small lake with fishes. There is a big entrance from where you have a view of the swimming pool and barbeque area.
The ground floor can be accessed also by people with mobility problems if required.
On the second level there ere tree bedrooms one with double bed and unsuited bathroom and two with two single beds. There is also another bathroom with bath dab the re and wc.
On the second level there is also al laundry room where there is washing machine iron and dryer.
The second level has one veranda in frond very big where you can have an amazing view of the garden area the swimming pool and the flowers around.
On the back side the there is also another veranda big too where you can also sit and enjoy your privacy and the quite atmosphere.
There is a big one bedroom apartment next which at this moment we keep it close as store room. In case there is a big group we can consider to refurbish and make it available. It has a kitchen bathroom and can accommodate 4 people there.
The garage has space for two cars but also the yard has space for another 8 cars.
We can provide the whole package with accommodation and services for our customers. You can conduct with us and we will do our best to provide service or assistance for anything you need.
