On the first floor is located the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and one bedroom with double bed. On the top floor is a third bedroom with double bed for 2 persons. In the Villa Beram, each floor has its own bathroom and air conditioning.


In the outside is a fenced garden with a swimming pool , garden furniture and a covered terrace with a table for up to 8 persons and perfect view of beautiful istrian countryside.
