This apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and a nice area, however it’s incredibly impractical with a shower that is like an ice rink with low water power, the steps in unexpected places were as dangerous as the shower especially for children and older people. Black floors, walls and dull lighting felt a little like living in a cave. Everywhere needs an update I’m afraid. Having the photo of the garden in the advertisement is misleading as it is owned by a neighbour so you can’t use it. I could list far more annoying things about this apartment but this review would be never ending. If you are looking for luxury I’m afraid you won’t find it here, the apartment certainly didn’t match the price we paid.

Lovely apartment. Good location. Only a 10 minute walk to nearest Metro and about 25 min to Vatican

Situated in a quiet area but with bars and restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Apartment is well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Disappointing!

After reading the previous reviews I'm wondering if I stayed at the wrong apartment! First let me say Giovanna and Rosie are delightful. The apartment was nice and it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. However, quiet it was not! I have stayed in many holiday apartments over the years and have never experienced noise like this. I was in front bedroom the first week and hardly slept, window is facing onto street, you can hear people talking as they pass by, the bins are facing window and they get emptied every morning at a ridiculous time, you can hear building door being closed constantly as there are about 28 apartments in the building, you can even hear upstairs water running. This apartment is nice but far from hi-tech and is definitely needing a lot added to it to make it so. The wi-fi is awful, we would get it one day and not the next; we didn't have it at all for the last 3 days! There is no oven as advertised just a hob and micro. The electrics go off quite often so you can't dry your hair with air-con on! Once it went off because we had the microwave on!No toaster, no mirror in room when drying hair or putting make up on. Brilliant huge TV, however, only Italian stations, no cable! Maybe just me but as for the garden; it did not appeal to me at all. Could be a fantastic place to stay if these things could be rectified.

Idéal pour 4 personnes !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giovanna. L'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est propre, accueillant et spacieux. L'appartement est situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du Vatican, 20 des jardins de la villa Borghese. Un vaste réseau de bus à 100m pour rejoindre n'importe quelle autre quartier. Parfait !
