If you are looking for a Condo to relax, watch the Sunrise and the Sunset and view of the entire Beach from the Condo Balcony , you have found it . Beautiful modern, oceanfront condo on the 17th floor which gives you unobstructed, panoramic views of the Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, as well as views of the Intracoastal Waterway. You will be able to enjoy many an amazing sunrise, as well as exotic sunsets. This is a brand new condo, which was first occupied in 2011. The condo is professionally decorated, fully furnished with fine quality, comfortable, luxurious furniture. For your entertainment, the condo has four flat screen TV's, High Speed Internet, and digital cable. Also, Telephone with free long distance anywhere in the USA and Canada is provided. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and is fully equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation. Linens are well-stocked for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bathroom has a jetted, Jacuzzi tub to enhance your relaxation, after your day at the beach; as well as separate shower stall, dual vanities and granite counter-tops. The condo is fully tiled except for the Master bedroom. For your convenience, the condo has an inside laundry area with full-size Washer and Dryer. The Family Room and Living Room both have Sleeper sofas which can accommodate two people each, comfortably. The condo has secure, underground parking, and the building has state-of-the-art security systems. The well-appointed amenities at Twin Towers include luxurious Club Room for family gatherings, equipped with a pool table. The Exercise room is located so that you can exercise while watching the waves.

Spent the month of Feb there

So after being homeowners in Fl for over 20 years, we sold last year to be snowbirds in SC near our children. Yet we wanted a taste of Fl again. We had a few reasons to choose this condo: Pet friendly, on the beach and easy drive from SC. Unfortunately the area experienced a couple of hurricanes that tore apart sea walls, pools etc so owner graciously gave us a small rebate on price. A park reopened three buildings down so we had beach access. Her condo is exactly as pics indicate with full kitchen. Everything was there including beach accessories, towels etc. It was clean, nicely furnished and very inviting. View was amazing! We could see miles each way, and the front door area yielded a beautiful view of the inter coastal that had fabulous sunsets. The condo is near the bridge to the mainland which was very handy to travel to other locations. One tiny gripe, Although four tvs, none of them “smart ones” which wouldn’t have been a problem if we knew and could’ve brought our fire stick. Owner was very eager to make sure we had a great stay. Kudos to her and her beautiful condo!

The size, layout and location of this condo are as advertised and the building appears to be well run. This stated, we found this to be the filthiest unit we've ever experienced. Within a short period of checking in we found mold in the ice tray on the fridge, the oven was grease covered, the top of the microwave was filthy, you could write your name on the surface of the grease covered kitchen cabinets, there were stains on the walls, hairs in the tub, the dishes and utensils had food and bugs on them, the master bedroom carpet was stained and there was a stench in the room and the tile floors were so dirty that you stuck to them and, after a short period of walking around without your shoes on, your feet turned black. It took three days of us cleaning, some assistance from the company responsible for cleaning the unit and having a steam cleaning company come-in and steam clean the floors, the bedroom carpet and all of the fabric furniture before our initial findings were addressed. After the steam cleaning the floors and furniture were a different (shades lighter) color, the stains were gone from the MBR carpet and things smelled fresh and clean. Following this cleaning (starting in the 4th day of our residence when we could use the master bodroom) ) we continued to find that the inside rim of the clothes washer was filthy, the patio door tracks inside the unit were loaded with dirt, the dining room chair seats were cracked and had openings in the seat covers, we swept dirt, various small items and someones clothing out from between the washer and dryer, the shower in the MBR flooded the bathroom (water flowed around a corner, under a waste backet and surrounded the commode) and the patio furniture was very dirty and appeared to have stains from either body oils or suntan lotion (we didn't sit on this furniture). Bottom line; for the short term most of the unit should be ready for human habitation if these remaining items are addressed. Long term who knows. To be fair we should note that the condo owner reimbursed us for two nights (at the base rate, not the actual cost with various fees) and offered us an additional night stay. Sadly we left after just 10 nights of our original 14 night stay due to hurricane Ian. That ended up being an excellent decision.

We have been visiting Daytona Beach for the last 25 years. We love the area so much that we have adopted it as our second home. We purchased this condo because it was beautifully Decorated with calm and relaxing colors as well the views are amazing with no obstructions to view the entire beach from the balcony . As well the condo is very spacious , We just love it.

Why they chose this property

DiMucci Twin Towers is the last High Rise building built in Daytona Beach Shores. The Building was completed in 2007 and this condo was first occupied in 2011. The Condo is on the 17th floor, and has high ceilings. The 17th floor height provides views of the entire beach and the intra-coastal waterway. You can see the Sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The amenities are fabulous A luxurious club room, with pool table, Sauna and an exercise room right in front of the waves.

What makes this property unique

New, Direct Ocean-front building. Secure entry and underground parking. Close to shopping, entertainment and less than an hour from Disney World, and other attractions in the Orlando area. The best of both worlds for a complete vacation -- The Beach and Orlando theme parks less than an hour away .
