Location and Amenities: Completely remodeled, our home is conveniently located on a lovely, quiet street, just 1 mile to Siesta Key Beach, restaurants and shopping. Sarasota downtown and Hwy I-75 are within 5 miles from the house. Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is less than 20 minutes away. Within 5 minutes walk are Gulf Gate shopping mall, grocery store, local restaurants, cafes, pubs, and public transportation. In addition, Gulf Gate community has plenty of sidewalks throughout for walking or bike riding.

Nearby amenities include popular Sarasota Gulf Coast Keys and beaches, Siesta Key Village, boat excursions, prestige golf courses, art museums, galleries, and theatres. The upscale shopping is on hand at St. Armand’s Circle, together with fine dining, live entertainment and other cultural attractions. This is why Sarasota is named The Cultural Capital of Florida.

Family Vacation time!!

Another fantastic stay after not being able to visit Sarasota for a few years due to COVID restrictions. Great home and location, loved the remodelled en-suite and rainfall shower! Thank you Nadia for allowing us to share your home for a few weeks again, we’ll be back 😁

Lovely holiday home with large pool.

Everything about the this property is fantastic. A nice quiet neighbourhood minutes away from restaurants and bars, and 5 minutes drive from beaches and the very lovely Siesta key. The house has a lovely homely feel with nice furnishings and comfortable seating with plenty of room for 4 people. Very comfortable and huge master bed. But the best part is undoubtably the huge pool and outside area. We visited in early April and the pool was warm in the morning and almost bath like in the evening. The outside seating area has plenty of room and is under cover to keep you out of any rain that might come. I would recommend this property to anybody and we will hopefully be back soon.

Beautiful pool home in a lovely neighbourhood close to Siesta Key

We had a fabulously relaxing 3 week stay in your beautiful home, the pool and deck area were excellent and a huge hit with the children! Maria was incredibly accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful. We hope to return next year! We would highly recommend this property; prompt helpful responses from Nada, the owner and Maria, the property manager.

Little gem close to all amenities and that gorgeous beach.

We are a family of 4 with 2 energetic boys aged 11 & 7. Having the pool was an absolute blessing. It was the perfect temperature for us all to play in, we had some wonderful days. The house itself is extremely well laid out. The only slight observation is the very small kitchen, but this didn't trouble us at all. The rest of the house has everything you could need, I especially liked the ensuite shower room which can be accessed by the pool . The neighbors were an absolute delight. They left Easter eggs for our boys in the garden which was simply a lovely gesture which my wife and I will never forget. Maria was fantastic, always on hand for anything we needed and showed us around and welcomed us upon arrival. A sincere Thank you to her and Nadia for a truly wonderful holiday experience. We will definitely return.

The villa with everything

The villa is in a very quiet, smart neighbourhood but only a 5 -10 minute walk to shops, a supermarket and great restaurants. 10 minutes to Siesta Key beach (voted no1 in USA). There is a large pool and covered area we used every day. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've experienced, a tv in every room and every facility you could want. We had a lovely welcome form the property manager when we arrived and thoroughly recommend the villa.

Being Snowbirds ourselves, we did comprehensive research on Southern destinations where we felt would be most comfortable and exciting for us to vacation away from the cold winter months in Canada. We had already vacationed in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, and finally found ourselves mesmerized with the beaches and amenities that Sarasota offers to vacationers.

Why they chose this property

We decided to craft a Beach House in Sarasota Gulf Gate because of it's charming tranquility, as well as it's close proximity to Siesta Key Beach. We wanted to have a vacation home that would be relaxing and enjoyable, and at the same time, give us that 'away from it all' feeling. It took us some time to remodel an exquisite property and to construct and include a beautiful and expansive Roman swimming pool on our large patio.

We are thrilled with our Gulf Gate Beach House as a family and we are excited to share our joys and passion for it with you too! See you there! And remember, ‘Life is Good’

What makes this property unique

We were attracted by a beautiful view from the living room on the spacious and tropical looking backyard. We immediately imagined a large swiming pool and spa right in the middle of it. Our dream came true the following year when we built a nice sundeck and our private, Roman-shaped swimming pool, where we spend our most enjoyable moments.
