Fully equipped for up to 6 people. Bring your furry friend too (for an additional $100 fee). No cleaning fee (although deposit against damages is required)

A chef’s dream kitchen. GAS stove! Fully equipped with stylish serving ware, bakeware, pots, pans, all utensils and small appliances needed for a relaxing gourmet dinner with wine (1st bottle on us) or a quick snack on the run. Starter supplies provided.

After your fun-filled day*, relax into the amazingly comfortable, reclining sofa and loveseat with tilt headrest and enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and sports events.

Rest comfortably in the king or queen size bedrooms with adjoining baths (All linens and starter supplies included). The third bedroom has a trundle bed and an office area.

*The Villages boasts over 90 pools, 40+ golf courses and golf carts for rent ($~150 per week). Free evening entertainment and dancing is available in all 3 squares (Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter and Brownwood). Shop and dine to your hearts content without ever leaving The Villages. Hundreds of activities and classes free daily, including fitness, art, crafts, dancing, technology, martial arts, etc. Boredom is not an option at The Villages.

Take the bikes or enjoy a walk around the local neighborhood. Our village of Fenney has a Putt n play, natural walking trails, swimming pools (closest pool is block away), a fire pit and local world class restaurant. Golf, swim, play tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, pickle ball or just corn hole; shoot an air gun, do archery, ride bikes; take your dog to the exercise-equipped dog park all without venturing more than a mile from our home.
