Picturesque summer house is only 30 meters from the beach. It's very romantic, in natural environment, in walking distance there is a lot of family-friendly activities, great views, restaurants and dining, art and culture, sport activities. You’ll love this place because it is 30 meters from the beach with crystal clean water and a lot of outdoor space. It is especially suitable for active couples and families with kids. There is no traffic (we are situated at the end of a blind street), so you and your kids can safely go to the beach, walk and play around.

The space

Private house on the beach with a lot of space around it (475 m2) for a perfect holidays for couples or families. It is equipped with all the essentials for a relaxed and romantic get away from the city, from all the obligations and stress. You have complete privacy and on the other side you are close to the food store (300m), restaurants (300m), lively town center (Fažana 2km, Peroj 0,5 km) and big city (Pula, 10 km) with many attractions and all infrastructure (hospital, airport, shopping...). The house is small, perfect for couples or families with small children.

Guest access

Easy to reach, the house is just 5 km from the highway exit (Istrian ''Y'' highway), which is very nice during summer traffic jams. There is a parking space for you inside the property. There is only 16 km from Pula international airport to our house.

Interaction with guests

Guests will be assisted if something is needed, but since no one is living there, our guests will be by them self... We will give you all the instructions how to get there and where you can get the key. If needed, someone will be there at the arrival to welcome you and show you around, and at the check out as well.

Other things to note

There is no traffic (we are at the end of a blind street), so you (and your kids) can safety go to the beach, walk and play around.

The neighborhood

The house is located in a very peaceful area, 30 meters from the beach. There is around 50 small houses/properties like ours, mainly used as summer houses. Guests can enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water with the perfect view on Brioni islands (where the famous residence of former Yugoslav president Tito is located - open to tourist). The beach is covered with small white stones. You can go around also by bike (excursions or tours for advance bikers) or walk (perfect for jogging).

Getting around

The most important things for every days life (food store, restaurant) are in walking distance from the house, to Pula you can get by bike on special bike routes, by car or by bus (bus station is 0,5 km from the house). We will also provide you bicycle and you can use it during your stay.
