Downtown LOCATION, King Bed Suite. Very clean property. Your relaxing coastal vacation is here in the beautiful and cozy Seahorse Cottage - a wonderfully furnished, great natural sunlight, with plush linens, bath and beach towels. A great location with a king-size bed and a sectional couch pullout bed serves as 2nd bed. There is 1 TV and great WIFI. This Cottage is in a historic, lovely neighborhood in downtown Bradenton. This is one of three exclusive villas on a large property. This is an in-law suite with its own private entrance. Living-room and bedroom are one big room with a private kitchen and bathroom.

Guest Access:
The Seahorse Cottage is for your exclusive enjoyment. The large backyard deck is a shared area with 2 other cottages on this large property. Owners live in middle Cottage with friendly dogs. Laundry area is available upon request.

The seahorse Cottage is located on a secluded corner lot, with royal palm tree lined streets and front yard views of the Manatee river. Birds singing, and calm coastal breezes - wonderful and relaxing!

Everything was great.

The location is a short drive of 5-7 miles to the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. I brought 3 high school graduates and our stay was comfy. Would definitely stay again.

A Delightful Experience

We can’t find enough superlative words to describe our long term stay with Randy & Barb. They were so helpful & always a delight to visit with even though they are super busy. The accommodations were spotless & we had everything we needed in our one bedroom suite. The location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend this unit & plan to return.
