Welcome to our luxury executive villa, where you will have everything you would desire to make you vacation one to remember.

After a fun packed exhausting day at Disney (6 miles) or Universal (24 miles) you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished Villa.

With 3400 sq/ft of air conditioned space there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 12 guests.

You could enjoy a relaxing drink around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom. The kids can have a great time playing pool or watching a movie in the upstairs den.

The living room and family room both have large flat screen TVs, complete with Bluray players.

Cable TV is available on all TVs via streaming boxes, and WI FI internet access is available at no extra cost.

Meal times will be stress free in the large fully fitted kitchen and dinning area.

The villa has one huge master suite furnished with a comfy king size bed, Large TV and Bluray payer. The room is complete with large bathroom and walk in closet.

The other two master bedrooms are complete Queen size beds, bathroom and TVs.
For guests with restricted mobility one of the master bedrooms is situated on the ground floor.

The two twin rooms are furnished with 2 single beds and TVs. All are close to the upstairs family bathroom.

To accommodate two guests there is also a double sofa bed in the den

For child safety the pool door is complete with a child alarm, no pool fence around the pool.
High chair, play pen/cot, stroller and stair gates are available in the property. Guests can fit the removable stair gates if they require them.

You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom, all overlooking the conservation area.

Great villa great location

We booked this accommodation directly through Mark. The information and tips he gave us were very useful and meant we were able to relax and settle into our holiday straight away. The property was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Numerous appliances in the kitchen made life easy and everything we required was at hand. The living and sleeping accommodation were excellent. Having a pool and air conditioning enabled us to chill out after hot days at the parks. It is Ideally situated for the parks, supper markets and places to eat. Overall a fantastic place to stay, we will definitely be returning. Thank you Mark & Sarah.

Blown away!

Me, my Husband and our 4 kids aged 6,5,3 and 7 months booked 3 weeks here. On arrival, we were absolutely amazed at the villa! It was too big for us all but we knew that before we booked it, but that just added to the luxury. As soon as we opened the front door, we knew we'd picked the perfect villa from the near hundred we looked at. We shared our humongous bedroom with our baby and our 2 girls shared the Olaf bedroom and our son had the upstairs double. We slept soundly every night. The villa felt very safe and the neighborhood was great. We saw a Police car parked daily on the road in and myself and husband of are Police Officers and knew that this was not due to crime, but purely because this is a very respectable area. The pool was great and the pool furniture very comfy. The kitchen was huge, there were that many TV's in the villa, we didn't turn some of them on! This was our 4th Florida visit and we've never done a villa before, one of the reasons being that we always thought they were too far out of the way... How wrong we were! It was about 15-20 minutes from Disney but you don't even notice it, as there are lots of shops and eateries on the way and travelling along the US27 was easier than getting around the roads nearer to Disney. Lots of restaurants and Walmart and Publix on the door step too. Next time we come to Florida we WILL be booking this villa again, we don't need to look at any more. you will not be disappointed if you stay here :)

As it says on the tin

We read all the previous comments before booking and thye left us feeling comfortable with making the selction of this villa for our holiday. As many have said previously the photos don't really do the place justice. Booking the villa proved no problem and Mark was very attentive in answering all our queries over facilities, terms etc. We even spoke over the phone before booking which was extremely re-assuring and made us confident in booking the villa. As a group of 9 at times we found the villa more than large enough to cope with us all with the very large lounge areas , the games room and the pool area giving us plenty of space to relax. The 4 bathrooms meant we never had to wait for someone to finish showering etc if we wanted to freshen up after a day out. Cooking facilities were fine, if you keep it fairly simple (you are on holiday!) though we did hire a BBQ for stay which proved invaluable. The tranquil setting to the rear is a pleasure and made the moments we spent around the pool even that much better. As keen golfers we found Highland Reserve just 1/2 down the road on i27 more than good enough for holiday golf. The tees were not perfect and the fairways slightly patchy but the greens are fine. At $25 a round inc buggy and a sandwich after the 9th it proved great value for money. Not a great test of golf with wide fairways and plenty of room for the odd errant shot! We also tried out the course at Celebration which we had seen on TV and got a good deal there too at $29 per player inc buggy. This can be found on the right just after the i4 down the 192. A much better test of golf with plenty of water and a good selction of tees to choose to play from. If only all the courses in the UK were so good and well kept!! Can't honestly think of any reason not to recommend this villa. Thanks to Mark for letting us stay in his home. The Lennon family (Bournemouth) PS Make sure you have some change (inc coins) if using the toll roads from the airport to the villa. Some exits are not manned !
