Bus station, taxi station just outside the apartment, metro station in 5 minutes, very close proximity to city center and Lycabettus. Perfect accommodation for leisure or business trip.

This 57 sq m apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave oven, electric cooker, kettle, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine). There is a dining table for four persons, a 42 inch TV, Wi-Fi, relaxing sofa-bed, spacious wardrobe with hangers, 1,60m * 2,00m bed, heating, ventilation, 2 a/c. Led and spot lighting is available in living room, bedroom, kitchen, creating the perfect atmosphere. Two electric shutter mechanisms provide shading in addition to roller shade. There is a small garden outside the apartment.

Parking in the apartment building is not provided but there is plenty of space outside the apartment. Bear in mind that there is a fee at 1€ / hour during working days from 09:00 to 21:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is the perfect combination either for leisure or business trip. It is located in a quiet but also very central area. 5 meters outside the apartment building there is bus station for itineraries 022 and 060, both taking you to Kolonaki square and Syntagma and also taxi station at the opposite side of the road. There is supermarket, kiosk, pharmacy, coffee shop-bakery in 20 meters, and restaurant in very short distance. Lycabettus hill is also very near and many people are jogging in the area. Athens Concert Hall is just 5 minutes walking. The area is considered very safe because of the American embassy and the Navy hospital which are constantly guarded by police officers.
