Situated in an exclusive gated resort 20 minutes away from traffic, crowds, and noise of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Encanto Living is steps away from Playa Miramar, known for its pristine sand, warm water, and sea spreading out to the far horizon.

Your stunning 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo is appointed with contemporary furnishings, spectacular original art, stone floors, upgraded linens, and over 2,025+ sq/ft of living area. Both bedrooms are suites, with private rain shower bathrooms, tankless on-demand hot water, and walk-in closets. One suite includes a king bed, a large soaking tub, and ocean-view balcony. The second suite offers two queen beds and private balcony with views of La Pinta Estuary. A futon adjacent to the half bath can sleep a child or young teen.

Your fully stocked kitchen includes new quartz counters with an extended bar, a new induction stove, a new refrigerator, and a new microwave. It also contains a dishwasher, a wide array of small appliances, a reverse-osmosis water purification system. The owners enjoy cooking and so the kitchen offers *many* unexpected items designed enhance your food preparation experience.

The condo is equipped with a new A/C. It also has a washer/dryer, Wifi, and USB ports throughout.

Enjoy the resort’s large infinity pools and 4 large whirlpool spas, smaller pool options for children, 2 outdoor fire pits, dry sauna, private and group-sized palapas, gas grills, fitness center, tennis court, and poolside grill.

Beautiful home away from home

If you like waking up to sounds of ocean waves and overlooking the beach, then this place is for you. The condo was beautiful! It was renovated since we booked it, so it is even nicer than the original pictures we saw. The beds are super comfortable along with the bedding. The towels are soft and aplenty. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Communication with the owner and the property manager was a breeze. They both gave a wealth of information that I truly appreciated. They answered my questions tirelessly even though all the answers were already available in the written communication they shared with me through email, text and messages through the VRBO app. The location is quiet but beautiful for fun in the sun. It is right on the beach, so despite your best efforts, sand will get on the floor of the condo even though it's on the 7th floor. I swept daily and we always took our shoes off at the entryway, but the sand was still there. A small price to pay to be on the beach. All condos, everywhere, get sandy when located on the sand. The only suggestion I can think of is for the condo to provide beach towels for guests to use. Overall, we were all very happy that this unit was available to us for our stay!

We live in Arizona and have traveled the world. We love the beach and Mexican culture, both of which are an easy 4-hour drive from Phoenix!

Why they chose this property

We investigated all the properties in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). We decided that we wanted to be away from the density of the large condo hotel complexes on Sandy Beach and the newer condo complexes that come with smaller floor plans. We love the charm, luxury, and pristine environment of Encanto Living Resort. The pools are gigantic! We also enjoy the whirlpools and fire pits. The outdoor spaces are verdant with plants and greenery and perfectly maintained. Encanto Living is paradise!

What makes this property unique

1. Owners and guests have access to the amenities at BOTH Encanto Living and Luna Blanca Resorts. With so many options, there is space for everyone. 2. Also, the resort is close to the Grand Mayan Vidanta restaurants and the golf course. 3. Playa Miramar does not have beach vendors or ATVs. So, you can relax beachfront without being disturbed. 4. This beach is excellent for shell collecting and tide pool exploring.
