About this property

Small cozy room for young couples, situated in the romantic old town. Perfect if you want to get around the center by foot - close to the best coffee shops, bars, restaurants, tourist locations, etc.

It's 4 min away from Trindade station, 1min to shops, 2min to the busiest night life streets, 10min to the bridge.

I'm renting this place as a student. It's great, but be prepared to walk up some stairs, as the neighbourhood is quite dynamic. There are 3 rooms in the apartment, so the kitchen and the toilet are shared, but cleaned daily and have all you need. Bathroom can be a bit cold during the night, because the house is quite old. The kitchen and the bedroom have electric heaters though, so you'll be warm :)
