We are located in the fantastic Windsor Hills Resort, a gated community, less than 3 miles from Disney and 10-15 miles from many other popular attractions (like Universal Studios and Sea World). The resort has great amenities and activities available to every guest. http://welcometowindsorhills.com/

This amazing 2700 sq. ft 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom house includes 3 Master Suites, each with a King sized bed. Just outside the sliding patio door, you will find your own personal pool & jacuzzi spa, patio furniture, and chaise lounges. Please note: Pool heat is sometimes needed November through April.

The Living Room/Den has beautiful leather furniture. The new decor is warm and welcoming every time you walk through the door. Here, you'll find a 50" TV, DVD player, board games, books and a few DVDs for your use.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There's plenty of prep space and storage. Everything you need for creating family time and family meals is available for your use, including service for 10+.

Two king Master suites are located on the first floor, along with a fun Finding Dory themed twin bedroom and attached bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the third Master Suite with a king bed. Another twin bedroom, fully decorated in a Star Wars theme, is upstairs as well. It also has an attached bathroom in the Star Wars theme. All the bedrooms have new bedding, a new flat screen TV and DVD player.

When not on the private patio enjoying the sun and pool/spa, the game room is very inviting. It has a Pool Table, Air-hockey table, Foosball, an internet TV. There is also a laundry room attached with a full sized washer and dryer.

Fantastic stay

Delighted with our stay. Property met expectations and booking process, check in and communication with Artie was great. Slight issue with Tv was resolved quickly.

Spotlessly clean, great facilities, lovely pool area, excellent games room and laundry room. Comfortable beds, an abundance of bath towels and pool towels. Perfect location for Disney, 7 miles, always less than 20 minutes. The clubhouse was fab.

July 2023 - Space and Comfort!

This was our 3rd visit to Florida and Artie & Carrie’s house was by far the best holiday property we have stayed in. The house is really spacious and the aircon and pool were a blessing given it was close to 100 degrees most days! Our daughters (13 & 15) loved having their own room and bathroom, together with plentiful TVs! Beds were really comfy too. Kitchen is very well supplied with everything you could need, and great having the American fridge for ice on demand. A great base close to the parks with supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away. Checkin was easy, and it was great that bins are emptied every morning. We also made use of the gym facilities in the clubhouse, though not the aqua park as it is more aimed at younger children and families, and ours just loved the pool and spa tub, which is a great size. Thank you!

Quick communication and helpful prompt service when smoke detector required batteries. Would be nice to get more welcome pack and we had to buy a clothes dryer/coat hangers but otherwise as listed

Amazing Holiday in the Villa

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks on our family holiday. Villa was great, couldn't have asked for more. The Villa had everything we could have wanted. Artie and Carrie were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely think about renting their Villa again the next time we visit Orlando.

My wife and I are travelers! We currently live in Pennsylvania. We have always enjoyed our many trips to Florida and having a place to call home is a valued reality. We love having a real house as our "home base" during vacations. It helps keep us connected as a family and we are able to enjoy quality time.

Why they chose this property

After staying in Windsor Hills ourselves, we decided to purchase this home and start our own short term rental business. We have fallen in love with the Disney area and hope to use the house as much as work allows. We are always planning our next trip; updating the house as we visit and making it comfortable for our visitors and guests is a priority!

Windsor Hills Resort is a beautiful gated community only 1.5 miles (2.5km) from world famous theme parks. The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse features a huge gradual entry resort pool complete with water slide and hot tub. Windsor Hills Resort offers a variety of recreation & activities for all ages including children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball, putting green and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theater, video arcade and billiards. In addition, the clubhouse has a food and beverage options for your pleasure.
