This beautiful home is located one block away from Balboa Park, Museums, world renowned San Diego Zoo. Our place is newly updated with beautiful finishes. It features two bedrooms one bath, beautiful deck and yard that overlooks an amazingly beautiful Canyon you can spend hours getting back you inner self.
You will have one assigned parking off the street and easy on street parking too! Queen beds in both bedrooms. This is a great family neighborhood.

Comfortable short stay

We stayed for 3 nights so we could visit San Diego zoo and sea world and found location was excellent for both. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and suited our needs

A lot more pros than cons....

Pros - great communication from owner, very prompt friendly and helpful - very quick response to fix minor issue with unwanted heating - great location both for getting places (nothing is too far, and zoo and balboa park are within easy walking distance) and locally where access to restaurants/supermarket was again within easy walking distance and also felt really safe - guaranteed off road parking space - lovely decking area - great tv/entertainment system - excellent large fridge - complimentary cokes and waters in the fridge when we arrived - cool ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms Cons - main one, and the reason for losing a star, is that there is no cooling in the living/kitchen area, which at this time of year is really noticeable - property in good shape for sure, but not quite as shiny and spacious as it looks in the photos - No kettle, although fancy coffee machine may well have delivered simply hot water (but no instructions available)

We will stay here again in the future!

So many good things at this property. The cooking pots and pans were nice and I was actually able to do quite a bit of cooking (which I like). Beds were comfortable, lots of hot water, nice TV, etc..! The neighborhood is super cute and so close to Balboa Park. We took a nice long walk every day in the park (do not miss the rose garden). The only thing we could have used was a bath mat or a shower curtain because the shower has amazing pressure but the water goes everywhere. Great property, great hosts. Lots of communication.
