It is located 5 mins from Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai, as well as 5 mins from Kite beach and Jumeirah.

This modern 1 Bedroom apartment (95 sqm) with open plan kitchen and luxurious wooden floor finishing can accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living room. The master bedroom uses a 180x200cm bed and has a walk in closet leading to its bathroom. The living room has its own guest bathroom. Our kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you may need, with a toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more. We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, nespresso capsules, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Our Yallarent team will be there to welcome you into your new home and ensure you have everything you need. We are also available to be contacted regarding your stay all day and in case of emergency 24 hours a day.
