About this property

Stylish and modern apartment in the main promenade of San Sebastián: the Boulevard in the Old Town. Refurbished in 2015, it's in the very heart of the city. Just 1 minute walk to La Concha beach and 5 min to Zurriola beach. It has 2 large beds so it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures, a cozy space that includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a laundry room for you to use. Each bedroom has a large queen size bed. The apartment is located in the very heart of the city, the Old Town of San Sebastián, where all the restaurants are, and because of this during weekend nights it might get a little loud outside. Our front picture displays an orange arrow showing where exactly the apartment is located. As you see, the apartment is in the very heart of the Old Town, so you will be in the perfect location to enjoy this beautiful part of the city and the beach, with all it has to offer, including pintxos!

In case you come by car, there is a subterranean public parking right in front of the apartment, literally 1 minute walk from our door. It's called "Boulevard Parking".

Even Better than Advertised

What can say other than the property was ideal. Cleanliness, quality and communication with Iñigo was top notch. The location could not be better. Definitely going to stay there again next time we are in San Sebastian.

Eat well

Great apartment to explore san sebastian and all the great food and drink that abounds. Parking is expensive if you drive; otherwise perfect in every way.

Great short stay

We only had 2 days in San Sebastián (not enough) - the apartment shows exactly as advertised/ perfect location ….. right in the heart of the city / a short walk to wherever you would want to be. Fridge stocked with welcoming wine and beer (thank you). Highly recommended!
