This house is the only home in destiny to feature a 6' privacy wall around the pool area. this gives you complete privacy. Featuring 2 living levels with over 3,400 square feet of space. The first floor has a remarkable kitchen with exotic granites and huge living area complete with flat screen tv and fireplace.. The dining area gives you perfect views of the private courtyard and pool. The laundry and a bedroom with a set of Full bunks.

The second floor has 2 huge master bedrooms, both with king beds and full baths. The master over the garage also has a sitting area with a sectional and queen sized sofa sleeper.
There are also 2 other bedrooms on this level, 1 br has 2 queen beds and the other has a king bed.

The house is professionally decorated with beautiful custom furnishings throughout. High speed internet with wireless access is available throughout the home.

The property is just across the street from the beach and close to Club Destiny. A nice stay with an awesome pool area.

This house was perfect for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way.

Our favorite vaction ever!!

The house was beautiful!! Loved the huge pool. Location was great not far from the beach and in safe community! Warren beach rentals were great and easy to work with! Will definitely be coming back!!

We loved our stay at Top Shelf

Great location and great hosts! Patrick was very personable and prompt in his responses to us during our stay. The house had ample space for all 12 of us and the pool was a major hit! We rented the golf cart for quicker transportation to the beach for the kids, but the walk is easy to the beach. Nice, quiet community and amenities at Destiny East. Would definitely recommend this house and would rent again if given the chance.
