About this property

Two story house complete with alarm.
Entrance with electric gate, and space to park the car.
First floor we have:
* Balcony in front of the kitchen with hammock;
* Kitchen and dining room, with all necessary utensils, wood stove and lots of love;
* Living room with 1 sofa and 1 futon with pillows, smart TV and 1 toilet;
* Small room with 1 single bed;
* Deck that leaves the room to the backyard.
Upstairs we have:
* Covered terrace with hammock, backside overlooking the trees;
* Full bathroom with 1 shower, 1 whirlpool;
* Spacious and airy bedroom, double bed, fitted wardrobes and fireplace
* Covered balcony with hammock that leaves the room.
I still have a laundry room outside with a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
The hydraulic part is the gas offering heated water in the kitchen taps and the main bathroom.
Wifi internet throughout the house.

The house was built in 2013/2014, and was recently furnished with love, care and dedication especially to welcome you!

Melhor escolha impossível!!

A casa é excepcional! Linda, charmosa, super bem cuidada, pensada em cada detalhe, da decoração e acabamento aos utensílios da cozinha, tudo impecável! A casa é bem ventilada, bem arejada, limpa e segura. A vizinhança é super tranquila, acordávamos todos os dias com o barulho dos passarinhos. A localização é excelente, considero melhor do que ficar na barra, pois além de ser mais tranquilo, em 5 minutos de carro você está na praia de Ibiraquera ou na lagoa ou nos restaurantes e tem acesso mais fácil para Imbituba/Rosa/Garopaba, em 20 minutos você está no centro de Imbituba ou na Praia do Rosa, em 30 em Garopaba ou na Ferrugem. A proprietaria é super acessível e preocupada em receber bem seus hóspedes, deu total suporte para nós. Recomendo mesmo. Voltaremos nas próximas temporadas!

Pedacinho do paraíso

Lugar incomparável, cheio de boas energias e sossego. Próximo da lagoa e com um nascer e por do sol de tirar o fôlego. A casa ė exatamente como consta do anúncio. Vizinhança tranquila, segura e com fácil acesso à BR 101. Fácil comunicação com a proprietária, que se desdobra para que você se sinta em casa.
