About the host
Hosted by Andrew Litkie
I am a friendly 21 year old currently enrolled at University. Since my parents are not so tech savvy I rent out and manage all of their properties for them. I love meeting new people and accomodating travelers in our wonderful city.
I will be there on arrival to handover the keys and show you around the house - however after that I will let you enjoy your holiday in peace. Nevertheless I will always just be one phone call away if you need help with anything, and I can pop in anytime.

Why they chose this property
My parents bought two units on this estate as it presented itself as a wonderful business oppurtunity. Once the houses were complete, we as a family fell involve with them. So we decided to live in one of them and rent the other out (the units are identical).
