Great Location, Could be Cleaner

The house was in a great location, just a short Uber away from all the downtown fun. The house itself was a great size for our girl group and surface-level clean but throughout our stay, we noticed more and more signs of the party before us. Leftover bachelorette decorations were stashed in a closet, tape and push pins were still on the walls and lastly, we found a bra (not from my group) stuffed between the couch cushions, not to mention the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed between visitors. It was a great house with plenty of space, just needed a little extra care.

Great place, no smart tv

The property was nice and the stay was pretty great. The only thing I have to complain about is there was no smart tv and no streaming apps. It would be fine if I had to log in with my own accounts, but that wasn't even an option. I was having a "movie girl's night" with my friends and we were stuck watching the news. It really killed the vibes for the night. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Austin Family Trip

The neighborhood is okay. Newer home. The stay was okay. However, it needed some better cleaning. There was an old dry towel hanging in the Master bedroom shower. Also, in the Master shower was a used bar of soap and other personal items. There were personal items in the upstairs shower. It felt like someone lives there part-time. The ice maker in the kitchen is over making ice and each time we opened the freezer ice fell on the floor. The hot water heater took a while to heat up for hot water. The property was a close to food and downtown, which was great for our trip. This property can be much better if the cleaning issues, ice maker issues, and hot water issues are resolved.

My stay

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was just as advertised. The only thing is it seems as though the house only gets a very surface level cleaning. Upon first look it may appear clean. But further in to the stay it became apparent that the floor, rugs, and other areas were pretty dirty. Other than that, great place!

Would not recommend this rental.

It stated the house was new. The carpet was very dirty looking. Both of the showers had mold in them. The ceiling fans had so much dust. This place needs a deep down cleaning. I was disappointed with this rental.
