Property was extremely clean and ell stocked with everything from pots and pans to beach gear. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The location was great close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Thomas was always contactable and provided all the information we needed. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time.

Stunning property in a lovely location

We spent a week at this beautiful house in July 2018. The property is immaculate throughout with a lovely modern decor. It has been furnished to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you could need for a home away from home. The house is located just a short distance from Vanderbilt beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. We took advantage of the bikes provided by the owner (there are five to choose from, all of which are almost brand new) and cycled around the area and to the beaches most days. It takes only 10-15 mins and is a very pleasant and flat route. The house has a lovely pool which is a great size and is heated. There is plenty space for sun loungers around the pool and the south facing back garden gets the sun all day long. I must commend the property owner, Thomas, for excellent communication prior to, during and after our stay. Very quick response time to any queries we had and a lovely touch leaving some refreshments in the fridge for our arrival and checking in on us by email during our stay to make sure everything was going well. First class client care. If you are considering booking this property I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Nice and comfty stay.

Our family had a good time. The location is good and the house was nice and clean. Only thing I could have wanted was a few more towels to shower and a kids night light and a bathroom kids stool chair to be able to reach the sink. But overall it was a comfortable stay. The kids loved it and we had a great time as a family. :)

Wonderful stay!

The pool and spa were incredible! Great place to relax after time out at the nearby beaches (15 min or less) or outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking, boating). The common areas were actually bigger than expected and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bikes available for use too. The location was very convenient and the area was quiet and peaceful.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this house. The pool and spa were perfect after a hot day on the beach. Thomas was so easy to work with. We had all of the important information well ahead of time and he was super quick responding to any questions. As an added treat he provided us with some complimentary beverages! We would definitely rent here again.

A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.

This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities.
