Villa Sunshine is truly a one-of-a-kind home with almost 3,000 SF living area. The spacious design includes an open living room and dining room, game room with pool table, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and 4 bedrooms, each with their own bath. The bed sizes are 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. The home has exquisite travertine and real wood flooring and is furnished in an appealing eclectic style that makes it stand out in the crowded field of Cape Coral vacation properties.

Lush tropical foliage surrounds the beautiful pool area, which includes a covered patio with decorative balustrade, electrically heated pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of room for the lounge chairs. Relax by the pool, have a cocktail at the bar, enjoy a barbeque at night on this party pool area.

The house is situated near the Downtown Cape Coral area on an oversized lot with NE exposure, overlooking a Gulf access canal close to an intersection. Guests are welcome to use the private dock with Tiki hut. Bars and restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment are close by, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. Whether you are looking for a quiet vacation spot or prefer to be in the middle of things - Villa Sunshine offers it all.

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests. The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Amazing Holiday

We Stayed at this Villa Sept 10. We flew into Tampa and although it was quite a long drive after a long flight it was an easy drive on the inter state nearly all the way. Everything at the Villa was as described and it was beautiful and clean. The pool area was amazing and got plenty of sun until late afternoon. There was plenty of seating areas and we ate all meals outside. We were met on our second day by the management company who told us everything we needed to know. They gave us a map of the area and marked restaurants shopping malls and places of interest ect. Most of the restaurants we visited were excellant we really liked one on the sea front at Fort Myres and loved the Yacht Club also at Fort Myres (a bit more expensive than some but well worth it) We found this area convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. We drove as far as Orlando and Miami but there was plenty to do and see much nearer to the villa. If you want a taste of old Florida try a trip to Pine Island. For us the highlight of the holiday was the boat, which we hired with the villa, for the second week. We have never used a boat before and were a bit nervous but need not have worried. Captain Bob came to the villa and went through everything we needed to know, and took us out for a short lesson. We decided to hire Captain Bob for the rest of the morning to show us around a bit more, this was very reasonably priced and I would strongly recommend it to first time boaters. After this we were able to go out on our own with confdence and visited severasl places our favourite being Cabbage Key. All the family enjoyed the boat and we would recommend if you are hiring the villa to try and hire the boat for at least part of your stay. We have visited Florida several times in the past but this was one of the best there were six of us and something in this area for us all, from shopping, parks wildlife, beaches, to boating and deserted islands. All in all we had a great holiday and would recomment the Villa and area to anyone considering a holiday in Florida.

Villa Sunshine

Stayed for a week. The house is nice but could use some maintenance and updating. Upon arrival we reviewed the information books provided and never could get the whirlpool turned on because the instructions are for a previous pool control system. Since we had been traveling since 4:30 am we would have liked to use the hot tub.The dishwasher doesn’t clean even pre washed dishes. The oven tempature isn’t even close. The pots and pans that were there are so worn and uneven cooking is a chore at best. There are no larger pots. Spent one day with no air conditioning. The towels are old and worn. The grill is a rusted out mess.

Review of stay

Manager was great about moving us to another location for our first night when the electric went out from a house fire next door. Returned next morning. House is outdated and in need of repairs. Pool table is useless if the tips are off the sticks. Space could be used for something else. Tile on floor is chipped in multiple places and shower knobs we’re loose and hard to use. The house is large and spacious just needs some tender loving care. 2 of the bedrooms do not get cool. Pool was dirty and never got cleaned during our week stay even after I reported it was dirty. Overall we had a great time and the neighborhood was very friendly.
