Our apartment is dublex. In the first floor There is 2 bedroom, wide living room, enjoyable green bar.
In the rooftop 80 sqm loft place king size bed, jacuzzi and amazing Bosphorus view.
It is in the middle of downtown and a few minutes away from the historical town. Just a few minutes away from the ferries, the tram, the central busses and also the heart of the night life which is the Taksim Square, Cihangir and Karaköy. Cihangir is an artistic, historical and 7/24 alive neighborhood where you can both find peace and fun together. Cihangir is full of cafes, restaurants,museum, art galleries and bars with historical and artistic atmosphere which attracts a lot of people from all around the world. Especially many Europeans and Americans prefer to live and hang out here to enjoy the local atmosphere.

Apartment mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Sehr gemütliche und geräumige Ferienwohnung, toll gelegen mit Blick auf den Bosporus und in einem angenehmen Stadtviertel mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit!!! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die doch sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Möbel, die teilweise eine Überhulung benötigen.

Magical views Super helpful people

2 sisters, their husbands, each pair with their own bedroom,shared the main floor with a full bathroom, and a lovely kitchen and spacious living room with a big table. Their 3 teen boys used the loft (2 shared a bed, one used a comfy couch). Their room had even more spectacular views and their own half bath. It all made for a perfect almost 2 week Istanbul holiday. We arrived later than we thought, after midnight, but our host Ugurcan was there to meet us, get us acclimated, and send out for a good hot meal and even beer. He had the doorman there, too, to get our suitcases up the 4+ flights of stairs. The stairs were fine for us, even though there were actually more as the street is also a street of stairs. we all felt healthy. the location is perfect,,, easy to walk up to Taksim for all it has to offer, including the famous Istiklal caddesi and the metro, or down to the water to catch a tram that crosses the Golden Horn to Aya Sofya and the Covered Bazaar,or to two ferry docks where, as we often did, one finds ferries across the Bosphorus, up it, or up the Golden horn. Besides being centrally located, Cihangir is a destination of its own,,, cafes, night life, good restaurants, barbers, grocers (we did some cooking) antique stores and even a historic yet luxurious Turkish Bath (Tarihi Galatasaray Hamami). Istanbul has recurring power. water or other issues, but Ugurcan was on call to manage the few that we experienced We were very grateful and soooo happy.

Wohnung mit viel Platz und einer grandiosen Aussicht

Die Lage der Wohnung im belebten und angesagten Cihangir- Viertel war natürlich sehr gut, man hatte es nicht weit zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro und Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist natürlich der Blick über den Bosporus auf die erste Brücke, tags und nachts immer wieder schön. Der Vermieter Ugurcan war uns in jeder Hinsicht eine große Hilfe, die Kommunikation mit ihm und seine Empfehlungen, Reservierungen, Taxibestellungen, alles hat super geklappt und war stimmig. Zu beachten vielleicht, es gibt überall ( draußen und im Haus) viele Treppen, bei zwei Bädern nur eine Dusche (wir waren halt zu siebt), aber das ist auch alles eine Frage der Gewöhnung und Organisation.

Tolle Wohnung mit unglaublichem Blick über den Bosporus

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage in einem neueren Stadtteil Istanbuls. Der Blick aus der riesigen Fensterfront über den Bosporus ist atemberaubend und erübrigt quasi jegliche Besuche in den unzähligen Rooftopbars. Für 6 Leute ist die Wohnung genau richtig. Einziges „Manko“: die zweite Toilette steht im Dachgeschoss ohne Abtrennung im Schlafzimmer und das Dachgeschoss ist ziemlich niedrig und daher eher nichts für große Menschen. Alles andere in der Wohnung ist super. Ugurcan, unser Anspruchpartner/Vermieter, war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat uns außerdem mit vielen wertvollen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt versorgt. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
