About this property

The property is 19,000 sq meters. It has 2 separate houses, the big house has 4 rooms, and the small house has 2 rooms. Both are fully equipped with stove, frigde, microwave, and kitchen utensils. The big house has a washing machine and a drying machine. All rooms have their own full bathroom. The houses are surrounded by nature all around, you can call it the paradise. Its perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature. You can see the macaws in the morning and in the afternoon, usually flying around in groups or just resting in the trees on the property. If you wake up early in the morning you can walk around the property and see monkeys feeding of the fruit on trees. We are located near to Carara National Park (9km), which is the home of hundreds of different species of birds and other animals.
We have 2 swimming pools. One is a big jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing. The balcony in the big house has a panoramic view of the Tarcoles River, mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
We have a professional pool table, and a ping pong table as well.

Statement Villa set in real peace and quiet

This is a main Villa with great veranda and balcony and a separate 2 bed accommodation all set on a hillside. Beyond the pool is a fantastic view of "jungle" and at times low lying clouds. Stunning. I mention peace and quiet....but this is regularly broken by howler monkeys, parrots, vultures, eagles and the classic scarlet macaws passing by. Any problems were swiftly dealt with and always a treat to be served coconuts from the garden whilst lounging by the pool. I recommend this villa!

Rural Relaxation

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was large enough for everyone in our group and we used it a lot. A small flock of scarlet macaws frequented the trees beside our house and white faced monkeys came to drink coconut water in the trees beside the pool twice during our stay, much to the delight of the young children. We heard howler monkeys most morning and evenings but there can also be a bit of traffic noise from the highway.

Amazing stay near Tarcoles

We were 3 families with 5 children under 5 and had an amazing time. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures make it seem - the kids basically lived in the 2 amazing pools. Karen was great and helpful, and her property manager Evers was also very helpful. There was lots to explore within a 2 hour radius and we all had a great time. Thanks so much!

Super nice place

Myself and family (10 of us) stayed at this property, and we've absolutely enjoyed everything about it. The property is big, with lush vegetation, the nicest pool and hot tub we've seen before, extremely clean and has everything we needed! There is literally only 1 thing we wish we'd have had--a toaster. The grounds and the pool area are so nicely designed, that we felt as if we are in a luxury property for botanical garden, Both owner and the property keeper are very nice and responsive. Strongly recommended! It is simply the best property we rented so far!
