A special place to relax. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from Santa Cruz to Monterey. This is an ocean front condo on the second level. Sleep in our Select Comfort king size bed with an ocean view and sounds of the sea to lull you to sleep. Watch the hummingbirds frolicking on our deck. New flat screen smart TV and Bose sound system. Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker. Sleeps two more on our queen size sofa bed. There is room for six at our dining room table with an additional leaf. Fully furnished, including all linens and towels. It situated half-way between Monterey and Santa Cruz in a gated community.

Lovely place

This place is really amazing! the house is nice, clean and well equipped! You can immediately feel that the owners really love their house. You can find in there whatever you need or you have forgotten to take with you. Even if the best is outside the house: the beach, the birds, the seals, the sunset, the hummingbirds and even the opossum we spotted in the parking space! The condo is quite secluded but it was good for us! Perfect place if you are looking for a lot nature and relax.

What a delightfully appointed VRBO. It was one of the best we've stayed at in the area...need a spice for cooking, it's probably there...want to hang out, great furniture both inside and out ...hummingbirds...amazing. We had a great time. Thank you.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This little condo was very nice. We had a view of the ocean from both windows, the hummingbirds visited often, the kitchen was supplied with all the right things to cook with, and the bed was comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

Loved the condo. It was so nice to have a lot of the basics provided. Location was good. Very quiet. Loved walking on the beach. Nice deck, but hard to use because in faces directly west so sun is pretty intense. Kitchen is sooo well stocked. Lots of towels, linens etc. A really nice condo.
