This first floor flat (one flight of stairs) is in a traditional 200 year old building. Princes Street is so close you can see it from the living room and front bedroom. The Castle and Royal Mile is a 10 minute walk away.
The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (the largest bedroom has a double bed and single bed), living room which overlooks the tree lined churchyard and beyond to Princes Street. This has a feature fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, sofa bed, dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and toilet.

West End comfy quiet flat.
Conveniently located within walking distance of most of the must see destinations in Edinburgh, our spacious upstairs flat adjacent to St. Cuthbert's Church was an excellent fit for us: The kitchen was well equipped making it relaxing to eat breakfasts at the living room table overlooking the busy street below before heading out mid-mornings to explore, and even staying in several nights for dinner, as a good market was close by which provides roasted chickens to order. The bathroom was quite adequate with a terrific shower, and as a bonus, a towel warmer which also served as a drying station for freshly laundered items! The one thing we feel could be easily improved is the poor lighting, making it difficult to read in the evenings.
All in all though, a terrific fit for us, making our two weeks in Edinburgh that much more enjoyable.

This apartment was great for our family of four while I attended meetings at the EICC.
Convenient location, comfortable spacious stay
The property is right close to every thing: Tourist site, restaurants, theater, shopping,. Nice castle view outside the window. Very spacious room and very clean. Our family had a great time.

We loved our stay in this flat. Walking distance to everything.
This is a spacious, well-appointed flat in an ideal location for roaming the city. It is close to the major attractions, but also to support services--grocery store, train station, etc. There are many quality restaurants nearby as well. It could use a bit better lighting (common complaint) and a simplified instruction sheet for the oven and heating systems. Also, it would be nice to have some ice on hand. But overall we were very happy with this choice.

A superb location on Castle Terrace being less than 150 metres from Princes Street you are surrounded by all that the city centre has to offer.
