Apt is composed of two rooms with 2 double box beds + one mattress (1,88m) adult + 1 mattress (1,50m) child.
Ideal for families with 2 or 3 children. Air conditioners Splits (purchased new in September 2018), ceiling fan (living room), free wireless internet access, 42 inch Led TV with Hd channels, hair dryer, private garage, gated community with great infrastructure: 02 swimming pools, bocce court, lighted sports court, games room, several seaside barbecues free use by guests with all utensils available, play ground, private access to the sand, beach almost that particular pro condominium, sea water approved and without pollution.
Quiet, family and safe condominium. Silence and tranquility.
The Praia do Sol, where the apartment is located, is an extremely tranquil place, frequented exclusively by residents (no hawkers) and with pollution-free waters, suitable for bathing.
Ideal for walks with good range of clean white sand.
It has areas for swimming, surfing, SUP, fishing, hiking, etc.
Close to the center of Barra Velha with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Far less than 15 min from Parque Beto Carrero World and 25 min from Balneário Camboriú.
Around the condo (up to 2 minutes walk) there are 5 restaurants (seafood, pizza, snacks, sushi, acai, pastry, ice cream shop)
At the back of the condo (on the other side of the street) there are two mini-markets with bakery, fruits, vegetables and necessities, open 7 days a week. 1 minute drive away are two fishmongers.
Fitted kitchen complete with all necessary utensils.
In the rooms we have up to 03 duvets and 06 pillows.
We also provide cleaning items like vacuum cleaners, brooms, squeegees, buckets, tea towels and dishcloths, and some products like alcohol, disinfectant, detergent, and others.
Beach chairs and umbrella available.
Check in and check out can be flexible on a case-by-case basis, depending on the occupancy (reservation) of the property on the day of your arrival and departure.

Excelente

Quero primeiramente agradecer ao Andre, foi nítido seu esforço para que nós sentíssemos em casa. Fez questão de nos receber pessoalmente, explicando tudo o que o condomínio oferecia, além de nos informar sobre mercados, bares e restaurantes. Também nos deu várias dicas sobre passeios. Enfim, foi uma experiência muito boa.

Tudo certinho!

O apartamento e o condomínio são bem legais, de forma que eu e minha família gostamos bastante do local. O proprietário, André, é muito atencioso. O barulhinho do mar e a brisa do mar no imóvel é show de bola, apesar da praia em frente ao imóvel não ser boa para banho (praia grossa, afunda rápido, com forte corrente de retorno), mas pode ser boa para surf, dependendo do dia. Para quem deseja uma Praia melhor para banho e crianças nas imediações, basta ir na Praia do Grant, há cerca de 2km do imóvel.
