About this property

Villa Enjoy is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre. Built on a plot of 1.200 m2. The 220 m2 villa ( 320 m2 including the annexes ) has a huge spacious living area with comfortable sofas and plenty entertainment including a flat screen TV with International channels, DVD player, loud speakers for Ipod/mp3, etc. The spacious dining room offers seating for 12 people. The modern fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for self catering and has all the usual facilities including microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher. In the utility area there is a washing machine and iron. The highlight of the villa is the extensive garden which encompasses a 10m x 5m solar heated pool with Roman steps for easy access and hydro-massage for your comfort and a rich variety garden of autochthonous vegetation, a generous BBQ area, an outside dining area with seating for 16, a playground recreational area, boccia court, a sun terrace and a romantic pavillion.
The acommodation comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and 3 annexes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bath. There is also another double bedroom which shares the family bathroom with the two twin rooms. The annexes are 3 bedrooms with its bathrooms en-suite; 1 twin bedroom with sofa bed for 2 children; 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom ( ANNEX 1 is AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OVER 10 PEOPLE, ANNEX 2 IS AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OVER 12 PEOPLE AND ANNEX 3 IS AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OVER 14 PEOPLE ) IF YOU WISH TO MAKE USE OF ALL THE ANNEXES EVEN IF YOUR PARTY IS NOT AS BIG, PLEASE INQUIRE FOR THE SUPPLEMENT.

Playa Blanca: Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Multi generational stay

Teresa's property was perfect for our needs as a family group of 14 - 9 adults and 5 children up to the age of 7 years. 7 good sized bedrooms. A very sociable living space with plenty of room for our group. It was lovely for us all to sit and eat together in the dining area. The pool was simply perfect and enjoyed by everyone. With 8 sunloungers, various chairs and of course the hammocks there were sufficient areas for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun/shade. Teresa's communication and help both before arrival and during our visit was excellent. The starter pack of milk, bread etc was most welcome. Small supermarket within 10 mins walking distance. The 20 minute downhill walk into Playa Blanca was delightful, for the return some took advantage of a taxi ride others walked. Likely to book a return visit and have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa.

Family holiday

The villa was just as described, a beautiful welcome gift of wine cereals etc was waiting for us. The villa was spotless, and the host stayed in touch to answer any questions. We had an amazing holiday with plenty to do for the whole family, we all looked forward to the day ahead, the pool was fabulous. One thing to improve leave more toilet rolls for the guests, and some information about the surrounding area, buses, taxis, and shops but besides that we would recommend this villa for the best holiday ever thank you Teresa

Just brilliant!!

Without a doubt I would recomend this villa to anyone considering a stay. We were two families with kids ranging from 7 to 16 and there was plenty to to keep them and us entertained. Teresa (the host) was excellent from start to finish and answered any questions we had and made sure we felt welcomed. Pretty sure we will be back.

A Fantastic Villa for a large family group for all ages. We were welcomed by the host for a guided tour of the property. Excellent facilities with plenty to do for all ages. With a small shop with everything you will need to get you by in your stay. The larger supermarkets a 5 minute taxi ride. Excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Great place to stay👍

An excellent property for large families of all ages, so much to do if you want to, so many places to relax if you don’t want to do anything. Fully equipped with everything you can think of from an extra large fridge, games , bedding etc and the host is very friendly and always at the end of the phone if you need her. Can’t rate the property highly enough.
