A Comfortable Stay,,,, but

  • 4 of 5

We had a very comfortable 4x night stay in this cottage. But the outside area could have been nicer, ie the window sills could have done with flower boxes like in your photos, Or perhaps a few potted flowers around the doorway and certainly a dedicated outside seating area wouldn't go a miss as an alternative to just the two chairs outside the door facing the driveway & rubbish bins.

Absolutely Fantastic! 6 star, Gold star!

  • 5 of 5

I can generally say that I could not find anything wrong, maybe the "Star Gazeing" double bed was a little to cumfy :-)

Oh and the shower, took my skin off!! Blimey, best shower I have had in a few years.

I was cycling and fell running over the weekend and could not of wished for a better spot, the family owners are also very friendly.

If anybody finds faults, don't think they deserve the Lake District ;-)

Better not mention the "Secretly Famous" pub, the best in the Lakes.....

A perfect place for a stay in the Lakes

  • 5 of 5

We were made to feel extreemly welcome on arrival and the cottage was presented in an immaculate condition. It is an extreemly comfortable and well equiped cottage for a short stay, we would certainly stay here again.
