About this property

Park your car and relax in this inviting, totally renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse villa located in the heart of South Forest Beach in Seascape Villas directly across the street from the ocean, a 5 minute walk. We are nestled between Coligny Plaza (wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment) and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog, shopping, dining and entertainment). The complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails.

There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners & guests. The cabana includes outside showers and separate male & female restrooms so you don't have to run back to the townhouse for those emergency bathroom breaks.

There are two pools located on the grounds and also direct access to the wonderful bike paths on the island. WE HAVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH RIDING TIGERS BIKE RENTALS FOR DISCOUNTED PRICING ON BIKE RENTALS FOR OUR GUESTS. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE YOUR BIKES.

Newly renovated two story townhome, two bedrooms, two bathrooms located in the South Forest Beach area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor and the living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. This high end renovation has a cooks quality kitchen with all NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES PLUS full size laundry. Comfortable living room with new furniture, HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, plus a balcony with a grill that overlooks a turtle lagoon.

Great place to stay!

Lovely property located perfectly to explore the island or take some time at the beach. Our children absolutely loved the turtles you can see daily out your back door, this was almost an activity itself! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and proximity to Coligny beach. My only complaint is that the king sized bed is firm (personal preference nothing wrong with the bed). Overall, would rent again!!
