Game room with seating, pool table and foosball table. We have several homes steps to each other, perfect for large family reunions and groups.

Great location…..only good thing i can really say

Paid for pool heat….. never came on said they would issue a credit 2 weeks later still have not received….. no slip mats in tile bathroom so you have to use the towels they give yo to shower as mats so no towels to shower. The pics show LED lighting in the rooms but thsy dont work….the house is in desperate need of small fix ups all over it. Trim pieces falling off walls etc etc

Spacious house

This property is in a great location. The security is questionable since we were never asked for identification when we arrived at a gate that is stationed by someone who simply gave us a card. The gate is open all night and our neighbour’s car was stolen Security at the gate should be a priority at nightime The house was clean but the living room carpet with burn marks and stains has to go The children’s water slides and play area along with lazy river was a lot of fun. The pool and hot tub were good to have but the cost of heating was outrageous and very overpriced. The old wobbly BBQ should be replaced because that one has seen better days and it has been paid many times over The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms very much appreciated. It was good to have two washers and driers when there are fifteen people in the house We had fun and there was plenty of room for all of us. In the near future a fresh coat of paint in some areas would be beneficial

Family vacation

House was good, some very minor broken things, but didn't affect our stay. Air conditioner had to be serviced but maintenance was there the same day. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Kitchen was great. Pool was great. Would recommend this property.

Overall good property

The home was good for what we needed, however, the A/C units are undersized, and we could not keep the house below 75 degrees during our entire visit. Not a great thing when in Florida
