One storey house on the main avenue that gives access to the beach Martim de Sá - most popular beach of Caraguá - and Prainha - quiet place with calm sea for the whole family.
The house has three bedrooms and one suite with a double bed and one single, a bedroom with three bunk beds and another with two bunk beds and a double mattress, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, two TV rooms and balcony.
The house has six parking spaces and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, cupboard, table and chairs, refrigerator and water cooler. A dining room with table and chairs. The TV rooms with large sofas and armchairs.

Experiência maravilhosa.

A casa é gigante e aconchegante, assim como aparenta nas fotos, bem localizada, não passamos nenhum sufoco, qualquer coisa que precisasemos estava perto, conseguimos comprar pão de manhã e itens que esquecemos no mercadonho que tem perto, tem adega e o melhor a praia é bem pertinho, pra nossa família família estava com duas crianças isso é primordial. O locatário foi incrível desde o primeiro minuto, sempre educado, deu dicas sobre o lugar, contou da estrada nova, todas as vezes que eu tive alguma dúvidas ele estava de prontidão para me ajudar,com certeza a atenção dele fez a diferença.

Recomendo e sugiro algumas melhorias

Nossa estadia foi para 13 adultos e 4 crianças. Pontos positivos: A casa é muito bem preparada com relação a utensílios, possuía tudo que precisamos; caçarolas grandes, o que permite fazer comida em grande quantidade. Numa localização muito boa, muito próxima da praia, realmente alguns poucos minutos de caminhada; Mercado e adega bem próximos; Casa me pareceu segura, toda cercada com cerca elétrica e portao sem brechas por baixo (levamos nossos cachorros e era uma preocupação) A area social de piscina e churrasqueira é muito confortável e todos podem ficar tranquilamente; adoramos essa parte; A piscina é bem gostosa, o coqueiro faz com que o sol não bata o tempo todo, ficando bem gostoso para as crianças; A sala tem poltronas e sofás gostosos de ficar...colocamos na área externa e ficou ótimo; A limpeza da piscina e da casa estava muito bem feita Agora colocarei alguns pontos como sugestão de melhoria e para alertar aos demais hóspedes para que venham cientes: A casa tem colchões muito velhos, o que dificulta um bom sono. Não foram todos que reclamaram, mas a maioria. Sugiro que vá trocando aos poucos, pois não dormir bem é complicado. Colocação de mais tomadas pela casa. Achamos bem ruim não terem tomadas. No quarto em que fiquei, eu não achei nenhuma, nem mesmo para ligar o ventilador. O ventilador de teto que tem nos quartos ajuda um pouco, mas como a casa é toda de madeira, fica muuuito quente, então terem tomadas ajuda inclusive na colocação de ventiladores a mais; A casa tem muita formiga, muita formiga mesmo. Sugiro uma dedetização, pois eu infelizmente acabei tendo problema com o meu cachorro que foi mordido por formigas e teve uma alergia muito forte. Tive que correr ao veterinario. Então se vc tem animalzinho, leve um antialérgico caso for se hospedar, se eu tivesse, teria poupado uma boa grana de consulta emergencial no vet. O filtro é bom, a agua sai gelada, mas ele está precisando de uma manutenção. A pressão está quase 0, e ele só liga quando ligamos a torneira da pia junto, o que acaba causando um desperdicio de água desnecessário; Do mais, nós todos recomendamos a hospedagem. Com estas pequenas melhorias, a casa conseguirá alcançar uma satisfação bem maior dos hóspedes. Agradecer ao proprietário que foi muito educado e disponível. Obrigada Gilberto.

Casa de Férias 2022

A casa é bem espaçosa, bem localizada entre duas praias Martim de Sá e Prainha, bem próximo a praia, a piscina estava limpa e é muito boa também, de uma forma geral é uma excelente escolha e o Sr. Gilberto nos atendeu muito bem!
