Great cozy half duplex fully renovated recently. Includes 1 queen beds, 1 pull out couch (queen size memory foam mattress), 1 full bed. Walk, bike, Uber to downtown, Mass Ave. convention center and more. Washer and dryer, full kitchen, and everything you need to be comfortable for a weekend or months stay for business. Very pretty rejuvenated neighborhood, walking distance to downtown or minutes drive to any where downtown. About 15-20 min to Indianapolis Airport. Aprox 8 min drive to Lucus Oil or Convention Center. Aprox 15 min to Children's Museum. Free Parking.

Ended up staying in 2 of the properties on site. Both were very cozy and comfortable to be in.

Renting from Randy was very easy and smooth. Everything was as advertised and checking in was very smooth. Property management was easy to reach out too if we had any questions or by chance needed anything. Would recommend staying here and would stay again if ever back in the area.

Very close to downtown in an older neighborhood that is being rehabbed. Interior recently modernized except for kitchen cabinets. Owner provided bottled water, chips, coffee and toiletries. I would stay here again.

Perfect stay!

Had nothing go wrong with the property plenty of parking which was an issue with my last place I think if I had a complaint it would be that there was no tv in the bedroom as I like to relax and watch tv other than that it was really good. Me and my boyfriend even discussed staying there again from now on instead of trying new places.
