Morocco has it all - the history, the markets ('souks') in the walled city ('medina'), the medieval city of Fez, the Atlas mountains (with skiing in winter) and beaches on both the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, not to mention the Sahara desert, where you can ride a camel and sleep in a tent - with air-conditioning (in the tent, unfortunately not on the camel).
