These spacious apartments with exceptionally large terraces are situated on an established and well maintained complex in the Old Town area of Puerto Del Carmen.

Lago Verde Apartments are within a short walk of a good selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. On site facilities include reception with internet access, snack bar, swimming pool with ample sun bathing terrace.

Lago Verde: This established and prestigious complex of approximately 40 modern 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments enjoys stunning panoramic views of the sea, Old Town, harbour and across to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.

Although restful Lago Verde is a short walk from the main shopping area and the refined night retreats of the harbour frontage.

On the estate you will find a snack/licensed bar conveniently located next to the attractive swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.

Local shops, bars and eateries are within 200 yards and a superb selection of fish restaurants with full menus in the town/harbour area are all within 5 minutes walk; sandy beaches are around 15 minutes from the complex.

The Reception is manned by multi-lingual staff and provides all general information, excursion bookings, internet access and safety deposit boxes .

If not hiring a car one of the many queuing taxis at the airport is all you need for the 7-8 minutes ride.

Parking is not allocated but is freely available at the top and bottom of the Estate.

PLEASE NOTE: flights home from Lanzarote are often afternoon/evening but our apartments have to be vacated by 10am.

Luggage storage is normally available on Lago Verde but book an extra day to ensure a leisurely end to your stay.

Penthouse Suite FAQ’s

Is the view as shown – Yes, all Suites face the Sea and Sun and have a balcony on that side.

Are there sunbeds on the balcony – yes, and a table and chairs.

Is the Pool heated in Winter – yes but due to not being covered overnight an early swim may be chilly.

Is there UK TV – the Complex provides what it can, which normally includes UK terrestrial channels but cannot be guaranteed – we are 80 miles from the West African coast.

Is there Wi-Fi – yes, In Reception and the Pool Bar. Wi-Fi also reaches some parts of the complex but is patchy.

Is there a washing machine – no, but a self-serve Laundry operates on site for about 5€ per load.

Is there car parking - Parking is not allocated but is freely available at the top and bottom of the Estate. If not hiring a car one of the many queuing taxis at the airport is all you need for the 7-8 minutes ride.

About Dave King

In 1982 I worked for a man who owned property in the then unheard of Island of Lanzarote. I was given the task of looking after his 3 apartments and fell in love with the island. 25 years later I managed to get in a position to put a foothold down and purchase a suite on Lago Verde.

We later met with the RESORT OWNERS and I now assist them and their process of Site agent by taking UK and other bookings for them, and their OTHER OWNERS, at times when they would normally not be available.

Your Reservation will be with the Owner and/or Lago Verde but we will facilitate and process it for you. The Rental price shown/quoted includes a fee to us for our help (normally 15%) and the remaining balance is the actual Rental which has been lowered, on offer, from the Owner to allow us to help them.

Although we will live on the island for a small part of the year, giving us an insight, we are UK based.

These particular apartments are on a non-residential estate with a Touristic Licence. So they are just for the enjoyment of others and hopefully will benefit someone to also choose Lanzarote for their future - please enjoy!

Pleasure to stay at!

The property is as shown on the pictures! Big, neat and clean, with nice views to the sea and big windows with light coming in into every room. Facilities were great, a very nice community swimming pool easy to park the car in front of the door and with a supermarket 1 minute away from the property. The owner provided very good advice on what to visit on the island and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Lanzarote!

From me booking the apartment to me coming home

Dave has spoke with me . Helping me make the most of our holiday .

The apartment has everything you could ever wish for and the views wow .

We as a family of 2 adults 2 kids took my elderly parents with us as they were celebrating their diamond wedding anniversary. They managed the walk down to the harbour but for 2.5 euros back in a taxi it wasn't worth getting walking it back for them .

We arrived late on a sat night . Afraid the spar wasn't open so we had to use the near by hotel shop . Big mistake it was double treble the price of the spar . So avoid that

The restaurant nearest called la bamba is brilliant had a lovely meal one night there they looked after us . The t bone steak was huge .

There's near by bars which we used in the evening so No need to go down into town .

The pool which we had been informed from before we booked it has been totally ripped out . We were able to use next doors pool which was lovely and quiet and a 2 min walk .

We caught the water taxi which took us to the next town €5 each way

Well worth the walk one way the views are amazing.

There's a Lidl about a 15 min walk away which was huge and everything you needed . But to be honest the spar which is a 2 min walk away is equally good . Fresh bread loads of choice of wine .

The reception has wifi if you needed it .

English channels in your room on the TV .

we booked a mini bus to and from the airport before we arrived it cost €20 each way and took around 20 minutes.

I would recommend this remarkable penthouse to any of my friends and family and hopefully be able to come back one day ourselves.

My husband left his jacket behind and Dave is bringing it back to the uk . This is how genuine he is .

Beautiful views from a spacious appartment

We really enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse appartment - lots of space and beautiful views from the balcony. For future guests - wifi not available in the appartment, but it is if you go and sit in reception. TV has UK channels (thumbs up). Supermarket at the bottom of the hill is good, and lots of little bars and restaurants nearby.

A really nice estate - quiet yet near all you need - just a short stroll to the harbour and shops but you can eat and get groceries adjacent to the place.

Wondeful views and a huge patio.

Great access to a nice pool which was never too busy.

On a hill side so some steps and some apartments were higher with better views but smaller patios so there is a balance but I would revisit again for sure.

This advertisor has a few for rent and they all look good. - they werr very helpful.

Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants

Golf: There is a golf course 5 mins drive from the apartment at Tias.
