The Westbroek Golf House (“WGH”) is a family-owned vacation home loaded with upgrades and fine finishes. Our golf house is inspired by some of the great touring pros from years past as well as some of our current favorites. Each room has its own fun golf name and is designed for guests expecting exceptional quality, comfort, stylish design, and the latest technology in their home away from home.

The WGH is easily accessible and located within minutes from Pinehurst’s popular attractions. Our house features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, rich wood flooring, beautiful granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, tray ceiling, crown molding, plus many more high-end finishes that make our home stand out from the rest! The WGH makes for the perfect weekend getaway or long term stay!

The Westbroek Golf House is a 1900 sq.ft. single story 3Br/2Ba with an oversized 2 car garage. The WGH has a split floor plan and is perfect for couples, families, foursomes, or groups up to 9 guests. Every room is equipped with a smart HDTV and our WIFI is upgraded so all parts of the house are covered with high speed internet. We include a landline phone for our guests to book tee times, make dinner reservations, and place free local calls without using cellular minutes.

The Matt “Kuch!” Kucher living room is warm and inviting and features the comfy queen-sized sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) along with two accent chairs outlined with stylish nail heads. Our oversized wood coffee table is attractive and is the perfect place to kick your feet up and watch the 55” 4K Ultra HD TV above the fireplace or pull out the poker chips and have a full-on poker tournament with the guys. Or, for the movie buffs, watch your favorite movie on our Blu ray player, Ultra HD Netflix, or cable TV.

Our Andrew “BEEF!” Johnston Kitchen is a chef’s delight and comes with all essential cookware and bakeware. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with beautiful cabinets and soft closing drawers, K-Cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, and many other kitchen tools.

The Palmer Room is our “The King” bedroom (sleeps 2) featuring luxurious linens, king-size pillow top mattress, and furniture that can easy beat the best suite furnishings in Pinehurst! Unpack your luggage in our beautiful Broyhill dressers or nightstands then relax on the loveseat and watch your favorite program on the 47” 4K Ultra HDTV. Each nightstand is equipped with a USB charging plug and reading lamp.

Our master en suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and river rock shower that will make you feel as though you’re spending the day at the spa. It has a large walk-in closet perfect for storing your luggage and much more.

The Player Room (sleeps 2) is tucked away on the opposite side of the house and features a queen pillow-top mattress, luxurious linens, tasteful décor, and HDTV. The Player room has a large chest for storage, luggage rack, and a walk-in closet.

The Nicklaus Room (sleeps 3) features 3 comfortable twin sized pillow-top beds with all new luxurious linens for a perfect night sleep. There is a walk-in closet with large chest for storage as well as room storing suit cases and other belongings.

Our laundry room includes a top loading Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer. There is an iron and ironing board available as well as a separate utility tub. There is plenty of room to store your cleaning supplies in the overhead cabinets.

Our oversized 2 car garage is an excellent place to store your golf clubs and golf shoes. Enjoy the outdoors more by bring your bikes and take a ride around the neighborhood which goes through Pinehurst #3 and #5 courses. There are lots of hills to challenge you! Also, bring your kayak or canoe and head out for a fun trip on Pinehurst Lake located just seconds away.

The WGH includes plenty of outdoor seating as well. As you walk to the front door, you’ll see a pair of rocking chairs on your left to sit and watch the sunrise as you sip your coffee in the morning. On the back of the house is our Snead Cigar Patio, we have four rocker patio chairs with ash trays to enjoy a fine cigar while recalling some of the best shots of the day. Enjoy your privacy as our home backs up to wooded area so you feel like you’re in your very own nature preserve. The backyard features plenty of room for outdoor sports such as bocce ball (provided) and includes a new stainless steel grill along with grilling tools.
