Villa Lee is situated in the pretty village area of Peristerona near Polis in Paphos District. Accessed through electric gates into the extensive private grounds, this newly refurbished single storey villa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the Cyprus sunshine.

It has 3 bedrooms (en-suite to master with Jacuzzi bath and super king-sized bed) and sleeps 6. It has a 10m x 5m private swimming pool with roman steps, full air-conditioning, 42’ LCD TV with Satellite & DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 types of bbq, a 500m2 lawned area for children to play (toys also included), and much more. The setting is both serene and spectacular with the rolling hills of the nearby villages giving views you'll remember forever.

Details of The Interior: The villa's front door opens into a large airy open plan space comprising the lounge, inside dining area and kitchen. The lounge is furnished with 2 large real leather sofas and has a 42' LCD TV with Satellite & DVD player. There is an open fire for those who wish to take advantage of some daytime sunshine and a cosy evening atmosphere in cooler winter months. The adjacent dining/breakfasting area is equipped with a wooden table and six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, waist height oven, gas hob and extractor hood, microwave and many other extras. Patio doors from the dining area open out onto the beautifully kept enclosed garden and private pool. Moving through to the rear of the house and you will find all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double bedroom with super king-sized bed. The bedroom further benefits from fitted wardrobes, dressing table/mirror and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

Interior Continued: The second bedroom is a double bedroom and the third is a twin. Between the bedrooms is a shower room with large enclosure. The villa is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms included free-lounge paid extra locally if required). A travel cot and high-chair are supplied free of charge on request. Other extras such as hairdryer, pool towels and safety deposit box are also provided.

Flyscreens have been fitted to all doors and windows. Wi-Fi/internet is included in the rental rate

The extensive private grounds and beautifully kept gardens are accessed through a set of electric gates that lead down the long private driveway. There is ample parking at the rear and side of the house. Set within 2000m2 it is the outdoor grounds which really set it apart from others. A 500m2 lawned area is fully enclosed and allows for children to play safely. There are many toys included for younger children & the older ones have space to play football, cricket or games of their choice.

Exterior Continued: The centrepiece of the holiday villa's grounds however is a very inviting 10m x 5m private pool with roman steps. The spacious pool terrace is nicely equipped with 8 large sun loungers that benefit from large overhanging parasols and drinks tables. Also on the pool terrace there is a picnic bench for casual use and admiring the views as well as a pool shower and a large Stone built bbq. A further traditional style rotisserie BBQ is also supplied and the owners will be only too happy to show how this works if requested. Overlooking the private pool and outside the patio doors from the dining area there is a long raised terrace shaded by a solid pergola. A large table and 6 chairs make it the perfect place for alfresco dining and socialising with your party on holiday. An external out-building for storage also hosts the washing machine.

''The villa was beautiful, great location to feel as if you were away from everything but close enough to Polis/Steni that everything was in easy distance from it. Loved the pool, and the villa was stocked with everything needed, great selection of utensils in the kitchen etc.

We took out a boat from Latchi Water sports after using the discount code you gave us. Was a wonderful afternoon for us as a family and we highly recommended it. Polis had a great restaurant beginning with "M" that had signs around the town advertising it. The supermarket in Polis had a great selection of fresh meat and

Steven was at hand with any questions and replied promptly to emails etc. I would (and have) recommend to everyone. Lee had left some notes around the villa to say when she would come to say hello etc. We didn't need to contact her throughout our stay but she made it very welcoming and stressed if we had any issue she was contactable any time.

We had an amazing family holiday. We would just like to say thank you to yourselves and the owners for the great time. Nothing really to say needs improving, as it was just what we needed. ''

Peristerona is primarily an agricultural village producing citrus-fruit vegetables, cereals, olives and almonds. The name Peristerona derives from the Greek word for dove or pigeon (peristeri). The church, St. Barnabas and Hilarion Church, has five domes on the roof arranged in the shape of a cross, a feature only seen on one other church in the island. Peristerona is always a very green village due to the lush vegetation. It all looks particularly special in winter and spring months and is ideal for photographers, artists and those who like to walk and even hike.

Both Peristerona and ‘Steni' village centres are just 1-2km away from Villa Lee and where you will find a taste of the ‘real Cyprus'. With their mini-markets selling fresh organic produce, coffee shops and restaurants/tavernas as well as the friendly locals, you won't have to travel far to get the most out of your holiday.Slightly further afield, you will find further amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, and the more extensive choice of bars, restaurants, shops etc in Polis (8km). The nearest beach is at Latchi (12km) which is well known as one of the best on the island. You can relax and sun-bathe on the golden sand by the crystal clear waters, sit in the marina and enjoy lunch eating the day's fresh catch or for the more adventurous there is a great choice of watersports available for all the family.
