A quality villa with a quite ambience and exceptional views

The photographs make it look nice but the reality is better IMHO. The property is modern and well maintained. It has a really nice kitchen and open plan dining/lounge area which just makes it feel like such a nice place to stay. There's plenty of outdoor seating and the lowest floor is full of sunbeds, a table, chairs and is a great space to enjoy the view without being directly in the sun. Even on the hottest days we never felt the need to use the AC during the day as just opening the doors provided a ventilation and cooling breeze. We will go back for sure. I would only point out one thing to consider if you go with older relatives and that the toilets are both 35 steps (split into 2) in total from the pool floor so it's a bit of a climb for the weak or infirm but even then there are hand rails. I highly recommend this property to anyone who likes the Latchi and Polis area.

Archimedis Villa at Neo Chorio of Polis Chrysochou

Perfect location and view. The house was very clean with everything that is needed not just for holidays. The location is perfect, quiet, and with fantastic view. Strongly recommended.

Fantastic - loved it..!

Great location just outside of Latchi port and beautiful views across the valley from the balcony. The family were lovely and popped in to see if we were ok and were always very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful home from home!

We had a fantastic holiday staying at this villa. The property itself is very clean, it has everything you could possibly need, and is beautifully decorated. The owners are lovely and very helpful - an especially nice touch is the welcome pack including some delicious homemade treats! We've been to Paphos several times before, and love this area; close enough to the beach/shops/restaurants, but the villa is located in a lovely little village - perfect for some peace and quiet and the view is stunning. Great location, beautiful villa and friendly, welcoming hosts - what more do you need! Thank you Charis & family!

Beautiful Villa

We stayed 5 nights in this lovely villa. The hosts kindly left us fruit, sweets, water and wine. The village is super quiet and the surrounding area is beautiful.
