Close to the shops and with a large communal pool which can be viewed from the apartment. Underground parking, large plasma and DVD, washer/dryer, internet, and several large balconies. Freeview TV.

The apartment is in Elvira, a high class area perfectly situated for golf, shopping in Marbella and many local beach side restaurants. Walking distance to The Don Carlos Hotel and Tennis Club, local golf courses include Santa Maria, Santa Clara and Cabopino.

The area: No matter what your interests or whatever your age you will find Elviria has everything to offer 10 minutes drive to Marbella and only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

Amenities: To the north and within walking distance are supermarkets bars and restaurants, dry cleaners hairdressers, hardware shop and taxi rank. In old Elviria is a post office, town hall, church and another selection of first class restaurants.

Beachside: Within 5 minutes walk is the first class Don Carlos Hotel and tennis club, sandy beaches with many chiringuitos to try and last but not least the world famous Nikki Beach.

Excellent

Excellent third floor penthouse apartment!!! 5 us stayed for a week. Our 3 kids each had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great. Great location a few minutes walk to beach, restaurants & supermarket. We were able to sunbath all day long owing to balconies on 3 sides.

Ticked all the boxes that as a family we have.

Just SUPERB!

Hi Steve,

First of all, we were all highly delighted with the apartment and the open spaces it provided, from entering the apartment to walking out onto the balconies, the feeling of space was amazing.The whole presentation was superb and exceptionally clean.

The layout of the two downstairs bedrooms is very clever as they are off the hallway away from the lounge, kitchen etc. There was ample room for all of us (three generations of us) and we all had our own bedroom with en-suite facilities, even our grandson's room had the house bathroom right next door to his bedroom. We were delighted with the size of the bedrooms too, they were all huge and the fact that we could each step out onto a balcony from our own bedroom was another nice touch!

The balconies, which wrap around the top of the building, gave us all heaps of space to sunbathe on the loungers provided. The outside dining tables and the seating can cope easily with everybody. The huge gas barbecue was used quite a lot throughout the week. We invited some friends over, (they had attended our daughters wedding and were still in the Elviria area) so there was a total of 12 of us. The fact that you supply everything in the kitchen (even skewers!!) made for fantastic dining 'Al fresco'............not to mention our very capable son-in-law who cooked it all!

We found nothing wanting in the equipment as you supplied plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery etc. right down to the essential corkscrew and bowls for snacks and so on.

The swimming pool and grounds are meticulously kept and the beach and local (very well stocked) supermarket are a two minute walk. In fact the 'lads' were quite happy to walk down to the supermarket for fresh bread etc, as they were able to make a slight detour for a few drinks at the beach bar!!

The car parking underground was spacious enough for our two hire cars too, so we didn't even have to deal with a hot car.

Ken was great, being able to accommodate our delay on arrival and early departure. He explained everything on arrival and made us feel very welcome.

We just can't fault it, everything was superb and we will definitely book another stay.

Fantastic third floor penthouse apartment!!! Great location, lovely pools, well equipped, underground parking (close to lift which leads straight to apartment entrance), close to sea, shops and restaurants. Marvellous wrap around balcony so you can sit in the sun all day. All bedrooms have excellent high standard facilities. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Definitely want to go back, and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic apartment! Great location, very well equipped to a high standard, lovely wrap around balcony, close to sea, close to restaurants and shops. All bedrooms have their own high standard facilities. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Definitely want to go back!!!! Would recommend it to anyone.
