Open concept 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home just minutes from Gulf of Mexico beautiful beaches. 5 golf courses in this community. This home is privately situated with vacant tree filled lots on either side in quiet neighborhood. Heated pool in lanai with plenty of deck space and much desired southern exposure for sunbathing. This home has just been updated with new carpet, grill, pool furniture and brand new washer dryer.
Just 15 minute drive south to Gasparilla Marina where you can rent a boat for the day and explore the beautiful gulf and beaches. Some of the best fishing in the gulf right at you doorstep. Boca Grande with its shops and beaches only 20 minutes south, other beaches even closer. 10 minutes to Publix, Winn Dixie supermarkets, Home depot and Walmart.
Come spend some time relaxing in the pool after a day of golfing or a day at the beach.

Enjoyable stay
We stayed for two weeks at the property and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and has a heated swimming pool that my children enjoyed a lot. We appreciated staying in a quiet area and being able to travel to the beaches and towns around it. I would recommend staying at the house.

Quiet and Serene
We chose this property as it is just down from our new house that is being built. We love the neighborhood and the serenity as well as the neighbors. On our way down from Ohio we encountered an issue with no hotels available along our route. We called the owner to see if the property was available and he allowed us to check in the evening before our scheduled check-in. There is a lovely lanai and pool area, and it is very private. I was working on the lanai during the day and had several bunnies come for a visit, a gopher tortoise strolled by and an armadillo. The house has everything you could possibly need and is close to everything.

Relaxing Beach Vacation
Check in and out was easy, house was as described. Pool was great, neighborhood super quiet and lovely. Took owners advice and tried a new beach, Boca Grande and fell in love! Spent the rest of our time shark tooth hunting and eating at great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home for a nice vacation.
