A stunning 3 bedroom apartment in Javea Port within walking distance of the old town and the sea.
On the 2nd floor, (with lift) the apartment is on two levels and multiple terraces. Fully fitted and furnished to a high standard, this is an ideal holiday retreat. The lounge/dining area leads onto a terrace with views to the Montgo.

On the 2nd level there is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine. There is a small utility room and washing machine and a washing sink (no dishwasher).
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one twin room with doors to a patio. The master bedroom has a terrace with views to the Montgo and an en-suite shower room.
The garden and pool area is beautiful, totally enclosed with trees, flowers and shrubs. There is an intercom/ locked gate.
Prices include linen, towels and starting kit of dish washing liquid and washing tablets. Golden Port apt has air conditioning throughout, sun blinds, flat screen TV with English French, Swiss, Spanish channels and DVD. Wifi is by means of a fibre optic connection.
Parking is easy outside and the fabulous Port is within walking distance with it's many shops, restaurants, beach bars and beach.
Also, within a 5 minute drive is the lovely sandy Arenal beach with many restaurants.
Here you will find supermarkets, banks, bars and fabulous restaurants with views over the pretty bay.

We have been operating for over 20 years and our office is just 10 minutes away, we are always on hand to help if necessary.

Great holiday in a lovely apartment

We loved staying at golden port for our holidays. A lovely spacious apartment. The only negative was the apartment was advertised with off street park which wasn't provided.

Spacious apartment with a large balcony and two terraces. Nicely arranged on 2 floors

Well positioned. Easy walk to the Port and lots of restaurants. Can wall to The Arenal in about 35 minutes, or can get a taxi nearby. Also about 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Lyn and Chris are easily contactable and helpful. Apartment was very clean. A lovely holiday in Xabia

Fantastic location and immaculate, large apartment

Just returned from a weeks stay at Golden Port (October 2016). We arrived at Vacation Villas to pick up the keys and were also given an envelope with local maps of the area and detailed route to our villa (saved us a trip to the Tourist Info office!). A very nice, friendly, smooth and professional service from Vacation Villas to start our holiday off, thank you. The apartment was superb with everything you could want for your holiday. It’s large, immaculately clean and very nicely furnished. The lift to the apartment was a bonus and the inclusion of WiFi, TV and air conditioning at no extra cost was great. The terrace at the front was a great place in the evening to sit and watch the world go by and the sun setting over the Montgo. The pool and gardens are very well kept and not busy at all. More than anything the location of the apartment was perfect, a nice leisurely 10 minute stroll into the port, where you’ll find everything you need from supermarkets, banks, chemists, clothing & shoe shops, bike hire, sports bars, bus stops and taxi ranks together with all types of restaurants to suit every pocket. In addition there is a gravel and rocky beach great for those that don’t like sand. The walk along the sea front in the evening taking in a little tapas and a drink was lovely. Would highly recommend this apartment and Vacation Villas.

Golden Port, Javea.

We stayed 15 nights July 2015. 4 adults and 16 year old. Would highly recommend (Vacation Villas)this penthouse, spacious, clean and everything you would need and a great location, and will use again. This is a mainly residential block. there is a noise curfew in pool area between 3pm and 5pm to respect siesta. Also really good value, aircon and mid stay clean included.Loved our stay and will return soon.
